Our Director of Education visiting an English for Call Centers location.
EnglishCentral is the online leader in helping students of English speak clearly and intelligibly. We provide the training and support to help learners meet the challenges of the 21st century workplace where employers are looking for those who can speak and listen expertly on the phone or through video/internet calling.
We are happy to announce another call center school partnering with EnglishCentral – E4CC – English for Call Centers. The school franchise supports workers in the expanding call center industry of El Salvador and Guatemala.
We’re happy here at EC to offer support to these students as they become proficient in “Call Center English”. We’re looking forward to helping more students be successful in the call center industry.
