Batman is a superhero film based on a comic of the same name released in 1966. It was directed by Leslie Martinson. In the film Batman and Robin were called out to rescue Commodore Schmidlapp . When they had arrived to the place they realize that they were tricked by Joker, Penguin, Riddler and Catwoman . These four had kidnapped Schmidlapp and stolen the dehydrator, a tool that turns humans into dust. Batman and Robin are trying to save the world from being taken by them. Some of the famous actors that were played in this film are Adam West, Cesar Romero and Burt Ward. In my opinion this film is one of the greatest films ever made. It translates the feel of the comic to a screen pretty well.
