Profession

Every person needs a profession in life. There are so many professions nowadays in the world that it won’t be a problem to find one suitable for you. Choosing a certain profession people shouldn’t forget about their natural gifts and abilities.

It is rather important for everyone to make the right choice of profession, because what we choose defines the largest part of our life. If someone chooses to be a teacher, he or she will spend most of the time dealing children. Those, who choose to become doctors, spend most of their adult life helping people to cope with various diseases. I chose to discuss different matters and argue about them. Basically, I want to become a lawyer. On daily basis I like investigating, finding out the truth, arguing and winning. So, people who know me well, agree that I would make an excellent lawyer. In my opinion, justice is valuable in modern world. That’s why this profession is rather demanded and respected in every country. To become a qualified professional I should enter a decent Law school. As I’ve mentioned before I like investigating the cases and detecting the truth, so the profession of a lawyer seems to be suitable for me. Apart from that, I think that such legal professions are highly respected in the society. In my opinion, each lawyer should look smart and neat. That’s one of the main reasons why people look up to these professionals and trust them. Today a good lawyer is of great demand, so I hope to become one someday.

Rock Music.

Music plays an integral part in everyone’s life. It’s one of the most important and powerful tools. It can cheer you up when you are sad, help you cope with stress, simply relax and motivate. As for me, I often listen to music: at home, on the way to school, in my dad’s car, when travelling, at parties and in many other occasions. Even though I like almost all types of music, my favourite style is rock. Rock music is the best remedy for me in any situation. I know that its peak of popularity was in the middle of the 20th century. However, it still attracts young people in every corner of the world. Rock is also connected with various youth subcultures, such as punks, hippie, metalheads, goths, emo. Despite its often defiant lyrics, rock music helps to express one’s personality and to release the accumulated emotions. Also, while listening to rock music, people can notice some urgent problems that worry youth. Sometimes people associate rock with rock and roll. The style appeared in the USA of 1950s and soon spread across Europe. One of the most influential figures of rock and roll was Chuck Berry – the Afro-American performer. His music is still respected and cherished. Some of my favourite modern rock bands include Linkin Park, 30 Seconds to Mars,  Muse, Green Day, Paramore, AC\DC ,Asia, Nickelback. My parents think that these bands play aggressive and foolish music, but I don’t agree. In my opinion, rock music makes sense. It’s rather meaningful and melodic.
