Игнатенко Екатерина Федоровна, преподаватель английского языка.

Закончила Российский Государственный педагогический университет имени А.И.Герцена по направлению "Педагогическое образование", магистр педагогики.

I have MA Degree in Education and more than 8 years of teaching experience. I’ve been teaching online students from all over the world since 2015 and I’m a language learner myself, so I know the problems students can struggle with during their way of acquiring a new language. I am also an examiner. I worked for universities to test foreign students who want to get their language certificates in Russian and English. I have also passed CAE and completed an examiner training module from Pearson. Currently I'm teaching English in Saint Petersbug Technical College.

I enjoy teaching and build my lessons in a fun and natural way. I believe that any language you learn is firstly needed for communication so all the lessons are tailor-made. I know how difficult it is to learn without a structure. For my students convenience I always offer structured lessons when it is clear where from we start and what our strategy is to acheve the set goals. At the beginning levels it’s essential to build the right base. For this purpose grammar comes to the learning process. During the lesson we work on pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar. We'll watch videos, read articles and practice the real spoken language. My desire is to make my students speak as much as possible.
