Ballet dancer’s blog: daily routine Class starts at 11 am, lasts 1 hour 15 minutes. The lesson with a tutor, during which we go through all the classical movements of the ballet, is divided into three parts: loom, combinations in the middle of the hall and jumps. Further classes continue in the middle of the hall. We do the same set of combinations as the machine, but now we do not hold on to the machine and it is very important to keep balance, balance. The whole lesson is built on a build-up, and by the end we are jumping big jumps, training fouettes and other technically difficult elements. The lesson ends at 12: 15, and rehearsals of performances begin. I usually have an hour or two off after class. At this time, I often prepare Pointe shoes for rehearsals. This is what all ballerinas do, and each has its own time-developed technology. Fully all its secrets to give I won't.Around 13:30 rehearsals begin. One rehearsal lasts about 45 minutes — an hour and a half. I will definitely write about them next time, as I was lucky enough to work with Mikhail Messerer, Nacho Duato, Nikolai Tsiskaridze, Zhanna Ayupova, Tatiana Legat and other outstanding teachers. Before the performance, which in the summer we start at 19.30, I have one or two hours. I usually try to regain my strength and sleep. To appear in the theater before the performance must be two hours before the performance. You have to put on makeup, put on a suit, tune in, warm up... And take the stage. Answers: 1B ; 2A; 3A; 4B; 5B; 6B; 7B; 8B.
