Food to sustain life All living things need food to sustain life. Plants can make their own food from soil, water, and sunshine. Animals eat either other animals or plants. Human beings eat all kinds of different foods. Main part

Nutrients Food supplies nutrients, the substances needed by the body for life and growth. Food is needed to keep the body running smoothly. You cannot have a healthy body without healthy eating and drinking.

Different diets To stay healthy, we need to eat a balanced diet. This means a diet containing the right proportions of the main nutrients. A balanced diet also contains enough energy to power the chemical reactions of living.

What diet do you prefer? Diagnosis: most part of respondents (60%) has no any diet, eat all type of food; about 25% have balanced diet and control their meal, 10% prefer vegetarian diet ; another respondents (6%) have different special diets

Analyzing the diagrams we can say about as positive so well negative sides, that is represented in the table below: Positive Negative ¼ part has balanced diet (24%) more than half of respondents has no diet (60%) about half of respondents has 3-4 meals a day (42%) ¼ part has 1 or 2 meals a day (25%) about 2/3 have fast food meal only once a week or never (72%) 1/3 part of respondents has fast food meal every day (28%) about half of respondents no drink alcohol at all (47%) ¼ part drinks alcohol once a week or a day (22%) less than half of respondents has last meal 2 or 3 hours before bedtime (36%) more than half has last meal an hour before bedtime (64%) Now we can see the tendency: half of respondents has habits of healthy life style (52,6%); but nevertheless other part of respondents has no habits of healthy life style (47,4%)

Conclusion To sum up I’d like to say there are persons who have healthy eat style and there are persons who have bad habits in their eat style. So, with help of diagrams we know, that this global problem touches about 50% of teenagers. As for me, we prefer vegetarian diet. I try to eat all kinds of food and get enough components and vitamins. Such way, I can make a conclusion, that problem of the teenagers is not enough informing about diet that leads to high weight, pressure and heartache.
