Hello, my name is Mary, and I wish to show   you the project.The theme is Terrorism-problem of world value.

     I took this theme as it is very actual. Because almost every day all over the world there are acts of terrorism everyone can be  a victim.

Short history of terrorism

In different times terrorism appeared in the most different forms. Terror and terrorists have  existed already more than one and a half hundred years - in many countries there were St. Bartholomew's Days and the Sicilian Vespers, enemies - real and imaginary - were destroyed by the Roman emperors, ottomans sultans, Russian tsars, and also many others, and each country has at least one "hero".

In this time

 Today there is a set of forms of terrorism which can be classified on the objects of terrorist activity and  on achievement of these or those results.

The terrorism representing  global  danger  in modern conditions, in essence, has turned to threat to political, economic, social institutes of the state, to the rights and fundamental freedom of the person. We are threatened already with nuclear terrorism, terrorism with application of poison gases, information terrorism.

Act of terrorism on an example of Beslan

1 of September in 2004. 326 victims,among them  210 are established. And all are children. Also 32 fragments of bodies are established.

 "We have thirty bodies of the killed insurgents. One body has been broken off, we have found its very small fragments. Therefore all 32 insurgents for today are neutralised, from them 8 their persons" are identified, established, - Ustinov has declared

Conclusion

Speaking about a situation developing today in sphere of struggle against terrorism, it is necessary to underline that this problem is a problem of the international character. It assumes that in the decision of this problem should be involved not only the separate antiterrorist centre’s specially created for this purpose or even law enforcement bodies and special services. For struggle against this general threat association of efforts of all state and public structures, branches of the power, mass media is necessary. Strategy of struggle against terrorism is necessary.
