Last summer I had an adventurous holiday at lake Arey.

It is located in the south of Siberia, 350 km from Lake Baikal. You can go there only if you are desperate romantic, tired of crowded cities. The Arey is a small lake, but it is filled with curative water.

I went to the Arey with my family: dad, mum, my sister and me.  

You can’t believe, but we stayed in a real yurt. It was large and comfortable. There were four beds and a large table in the middle of the yurt. Yurts were situated along the beach on the lake. There were a lot of shells and water treatment potatoes on the beach.

There are many strange old trees at the lakeshore. Here is one of them. This tree is called Ocala and it is 200 years old.

Here's another tree that grows upside down. It grows so for more than 100 years.

In the forest around the lake there is a lot of wildlife. Father and I went hunting.  

I was a bit nervous but it was so exciting! We even shot two ducks!

In the evening we were sitting  around the campfire, singing songs and roasting hot dogs over the fire.

This week was fantastic!

If you want to have an unusual holiday,

get to lake Arey and you will spend the best time in your life!
