I Live in a quiet village Nizhniy Baskunchak, which is situated in the northern part of the Astrakhan region. There is a famous salt lake Baskunchak and a hill Bogdo near our village.

I am sure that the place where I live is the best. I like the weather all year round. In winter there is snow on the ground. It is not very cold. We can skate and play snowballs in winter.

The weather is fine in spring. There are many tulips near Bogdo. They are beautiful. Many tourists visit Bogdo every year.

Summer and spring are warm seasons. Nature is kind to Baskunchak, but sometimes it is hot in summer.

My favourite season is summer because I can go to our salt lake Baskunchak and swim there. It is very interesting. You can easy swim in the lake even you can't do it. Salt water will help you.
