Даный урок направлен на ознакомление учащихся с формами прошедшего времени неправильных глаголов, новой лексикой по теме "Еда" и их первичное закрепление

I. Greetings

- Good morning, children.  My name is Екатерина Евгеньевна. Today I’ll be your teacher. I’m glad to see you? Sit down, please. How are you today? How is your father/mother/brother/sister?

II. Checking homework

  • Let’s check your homework. Open your exercise-book on p. 48, ex.9
  • Look through the text (1 min)
  • Now, you are to do the test «True or False»:
  1. We are family of four: father, mother, a dog and a cat.
  2. Our father is usually very busy.
  3. He doesn’t have time to play with a dog.
  4. When we want him to play with us, he usually says, «I can.»
  5. Father usually says:”Go and play with your friends”
  6. The boy wanted to say “Good night”

- Let’s check. Here are the keys.

The keys:

  1. False. We are family of four: father, mother, my sister and me.
  2. True

- Put yourself marks:

III. Development of grammar skills

  1. Studying Past Simple (regular verbs)

- First of all, look at the slide. Let’s remember how Past Simple Tense is formed. Простое прошедшее время. ( Как образуется прошедшее время?)

- Look at the example.

  1. I played tennis yesterday — Вчера я играл в теннис

- Now, tell me, what you did yesterday.

- Use these verbs: wash, watch, help, dance, clean, skate, help.

  1. I played tennis yesterday — Вчера я играл в теннис
  • Чтобы задать вопрос или составить отрицательное предложение на помощь приходит вспомогательный глагол did
  • I didn’t play tennis – Вчера я не играл в теннис
  • Tell me, what you didn’t do yesterday?
  • Use these verbs: wash, watch, help, dance, clean, skate, help.

Studying Past Simple (Irregular verbs)

- А как мы называем эти глаголы? (правильные)

- В английском языке есть еще и неправильные глаголы, значит, они образуют форму прошедшего времени по-другому. Чтобы поставить неправильный глагол в форму прошедшего простого времени, нужно знать его форму в Past Simple.  (go — went, buy — bought, do — did)

I got up at 7 o’clock yesterday — Вчера я встал в 7 часов.

  1. I get up at 7 o’clock every day. –Present Simple
  2. I got up at 7 o’clock yesterday — Вчера я встал в 7 часов. – Past simple (это и есть форма неправильного глагола в прош.вр.)

- Let’s study some of them. Open your books on p 48. Look at the table.

Get up – got up (вставать – встал)        See– saw (видеть – увидел)

Have – had (иметь – имел)                      Say - said (сказать – сказал)

Give – gave (дать – дал)                       Come–came (приходить – пришел)

Go – went (идти –шел)                             Take – took (взять – взял)

  • Children, let’s read these words after me.
  • Translate these words from English into Russian.
  • Let’s read all together. One, two…
  • Read in pairs. ( в паре)
  • Kate, read these words, please. ( – P4)
  • Give English for my Russian: имел, приходил, видел, брал, ходил.
  • All right! Now I’ll give the 1st form , you are to give the 2nd. F. ex. I say «come» - You say «came».
  • At home you are to write down these verbs in your vocabularies and to learn them. (можно прямо здесь записать в дневники)

 - Let’s do ex 1 on p. 50.

- So, read after me (читаешь попарно в настоящем и прошедшем)

-  Dima, translate, please.

Слайд – Now your task is to open the brackets and to put the verb in the correct form.

1. I (to get up) at 7 o’clock yesterday.

2. She (to have) an apple for breakfast.

3. They (to go) to school on Monday.

4. Jane (to give) three apples to them.

5. She (to see) his friend there.

6. I (to come) home yesterday.

7. John (to take) a book on Wednesday.

IV . Studying the new words

a) semantization

- Now we are going to speak about food.

- Give the names of food you know. (F.ex bread, milk, sweets)

- Now, let’s study some new words.

- Look at the slide. It’s tea. A cup of tea. Say after me.         – Это чашка чая.

                                  It’s milk. A glass of milk.  Say after me.          - Это стакан молока.

It’s juice. A glass of juice.  Say after me.                       – Это стакан сока.

It’s coffee. A cup of coffee.  Say after me.                            – Это чашка кофе.

Слайд:

Tea/a cup of tea

Milk/ a glass of milk

Juice / a glass of juice

 Coffee/ a cup of coffee

-So read after me.

- Read all together.        

- Read in pairs. ( в паре)

- Give English for my Russian. Ask 1-4 pupils.

b) actualization

- Let’s read some sentences of ex6 p 51

(Сначала читаю я, потом дети, затем один ученик)

- (Карточки) Complete the word-combinations:

1) a _______ of juice

2) a _______ of coffee

3) a _______ of milk

4) a _______ of tea

- Let’s check (читают по словосочетанию)

- Let’s read them again after me.

(Карточки – полоски) - Answer my questions:

- Did you have a cup of tea in the morning?

- Did you have a glass of milk in the evening?

- Do you have a glass of juice every day?

- Do you like apple juice?

- Did you have coffee for breakfast?

- Do you like orange juice?

- Do you like tea with milk?

- Did you have a cup of tea yesterday?

V. Summing up

- The bell has gone. You have worked rather well today.

- Your home task is – выписать и выучить глаголы с переводом

- Good-bye, boys and girls.
