Hello, dear participants of the conference. I would like to present  a report on "Improving the organizational culture of the school № 91".

This subject is actual, because there are a lot of different contradictions  between students as well as between students and teachers in the process of studying  and communication. They can be both material and non-material in nature. For example, people’s  spiritual values, their views on various issues,  classrooms’ equipment, school uniform and so on.

There are a lot of definitions of the organizational culture, for example, it’s a set of spiritual, material and non-material elements, which are the bases of the interests of participants in their common activities and forming such qualities as cohesion, adaptability, involvement which help to achieve the organization's goals.

(слайд с определениями)According to the definition of the organizational culture  we can state  that material, non-material and spiritual factors  are components of the organizational culture.

(слайд с гипотезой) Organizational culture which  is a key factor of the  effective educational process, has to be continuously analyzed, evaluated and improved.

(слайд с целью и задачами) Thus, the aim of our research is to improve the organizational culture of the school  №91. The object of the research is school №91.
The subject of the research is the organizational culture of the school.

While researching   we used the methods of expert evaluation, questionnaire and  analysis.

To achieve the goal  we had to solve the following problems:

  1. To investigate the level of the organizational culture of the school №91
  2. to  work out  a questionnaire to evaluate the  level of the organizational culture of the school
  3. to test the questionnaire in the school
  4. to determine the  level of the organizational culture of the school using the results of the questionnaire
  5. to detect the reasons of the results of the questionnaire
  6. to propose special measures to improve the  level of the organizational culture of the school

(слайд с анкетами без показателей) The questionnaire which you can see on the slide was worked out by us.  In our opinion, this questionnaire  reveals the gist of the organizational culture to the full. In order to get the results showing  the actual level of the organizational culture of the school we used the questionnaire worked out by us. To provide the objective results 80 respondents took part in the survey : 60 students aged 11-17 and 15 teachers, head teachers  and others. (слайд анкеты с результатами и диапазоном)  As you can see on the slide the actual level of the organizational culture of the school is 49.3 points which is a rather high level.

The analysis of the results allowed us to detect the factors that reduce the overall level of the organizational culture of the school. This is, for example, the level of  satisfaction with  the current rules at school which scored only 29 points. (cлайд  - мероприятия по улучшению ОК). Having investigated the reasons of the lowest level we proposed special measures to improve it. For example, interactive forms of education, organizing different competitions at school, working out a set of rules by students and teachers  will significantly improve  this factor.

Thus, the analysis and evaluation of the organizational culture of the school can not only determine its current state, but also provide  its high level through the introduction and implementation of proposals for improving the level of  satisfaction with  the current rules at school. In our opinion, it will significantly increase the level of the organizational culture and the  educational process in general. ( слайд с литературой) ( слайд Thank you…)
