Belaya Kalitva is a town and the administrative center of Belokalitvinsky District in Rostov Region, Russia

The city and the district are located in the central part of the Rostov region, at the eastern end of the Donetsk ridge, on the shores of the largest tributary of the Don - the Seversky Donets.
