What is Diveevo for Me?

The last time I visited this place was on the 14th of January 2017. That was a windy winter day with nearly 30 degrees below zero.

We visited the canal of Mother of God nevertheless. There were lots of gorgeous fir trees, decorated with Christmas attributes.

Actually my family and I have a tradition of visiting Diveevo each year in August. We go to the spring to get some holy water. The water is extremely cold but people never care about it.

For me Diveevo is a place where I am sure to find some comfort when I feel exhausted or tired of this life. Actually I am sure that religion has a function of it – giving us some help when we feel we are not strong enough to cope with any hardness.
