The museum complex also includes the museum of porcelain, as well as the museum of Kasli casting and samovars. There is an organ hall, where concerts are regularly held, including ancient musical instruments.

The creator and director of the museum is the actor-magician and collector John Mostoslavsky . John G. Mostoslavsky is a native of the acting dynasty, a magician, an illusionist, an artist of the original genre and an avid collector of antiques. John was born in the Amur region, and his very unusual name for our places is due to the aristocratic roots and the desire of parents to give the child a bright and artistic name. Mostoslavsky began to be interested in collecting since childhood, starting to collect bells. It was the bells that later became the main part of the museum's exposition . On July 17, 2015, John Grigoryevich Mostoslavsky died, and now his sons continue his father's work
