Ingtroduction
Bullying — these are systematic acts of aggression (verbal, psychological or physical) directed against one or more victims.
Bullying can occur in any closed communities

Bullying can look like a lot of different ways, but there are always three actors in it:
The aggressor is someone who initiates violence or pushes to it.
The victim is the one who is targeted by violence.
Observers are those who do not participate in the harassment, but do not stop it either.
The aggressors' goal is not to offend the victim once, but to harass her systematically, so they choose indirect forms of aggression, most often psychological humiliation, for example:
How is bullying di
How is bullying different from conflicts?
A conflict is a one—time attempt to resolve a problem or dispute through aggression.
Bullying is a time—consuming social act, the purpose of which is to raise the status and self—esteem of the aggressors by humiliating the victim.
The parties to the conflict understand and acknowledge that they are in conflict. Bullying participants often justify their actions with reservations.
The conflict presupposes more or less equal forces of its participants. In bullying, the victim always feels lonely and helpless.
How is bullying different from practical jokes?
A prank is when it's funny to both sides. In bullying, one of the parties experiences resentment and anger, it is not funny at all. The draw can come from both sides.
Bullying is a one—way process.
What should I do if your child is faced with bullying?
• Do not turn a blind eye to the problem. Bullying is a complex social interaction. Do not hope that the children will "figure it out on their own."
• Talk to the child about what's going on. To show that you support him and are ready to stand up for him: "I believe you," "I'm with you," "I'll help you, we'll figure it out together."
• Collect evidence of harassment to support your position (screenshots of offensive messages, testimony from classmates and witnesses, conclusions about broken things, certificates of beatings, photos of "spitting in a briefcase", cache in the browser, and so on)
• To involve the homeroom teacher, the school principal, the school psychologist, and other parents (both the parents of the victims and the parents of the aggressor) in solving the problem. By law, a student has the right to protection from all forms of physical and mental violence at school.
• Initiate a discussion of the problem, but without accusations ("Where are the parents looking", "Where is the school looking"), but in a calm and productive way: the problem exists, what can we all do to solve it?
• Consider transferring the child to another class or another school.
What are the consequences of bullying?
The consequences of bullying can be psychological and physical.
Psychological consequences for the victim of bullying:
With prolonged and regular bullying, personality deformation occurs in children, self-esteem decreases, self-harming behavior appears, dependence on alcohol, nicotine, drugs is formed, patterns of antisocial behavior are formed. Such children are further characterized by aggression, participation in violent crimes, depression, and bipolar behavior disorders.
Children with an accentuated character of behavior find themselves in a particularly difficult situation. By themselves, having the makings (predispositions) to mental disorders, they most often become targets for bullying, which, in turn, increases the chances of realizing existing predispositions.
Physical consequences of bullying:
The physical consequences of bullying can be obvious and immediate, such as injury as a result of a physical attack. Indirect physical effects are also important. Chronic stress and regular physical injuries can lead to sleep disorders (difficulty falling asleep, nightmares, insomnia, enuresis), headaches, palpitations, dizziness, the appearance of chronic pain that cannot be explained by a medical reason).
Bullying increases the level of the stress hormone cortisol, which in turn can affect the immune system and hormonal profile. But first of all, bullying affects the activity of brain functioning. Prolonged bullying is a risk factor for depression and suicidal thoughts.
The survey at school:
At school, I interviewed a number of people and asked them to answer a few questions:
After conducting this survey, I can answer the questions I have asked. People's opinions were different.
On the first question, the students answered that 50% of them had been bullied by others.
As my survey showed, bullng occurs in 93% of the class.
In the third question I asked the students about their attitude to bullying, 71% said they felt bad about bullying. The remaining 29% treat bullying normally and even well, it scares me very much, because the consequences of bullying are really very scary.
Conclusion.
Based on the research and survey I conducted, the following conclusions can be drawn: the formulated hypothesis was confirmed in the research process, bullying greatly poisons the lives of schoolchildren. I studied the topic of teenage bullying, ways to solve bullying, types. In this research paper, it was found out that unlike simple violence, bullying is always aggressive, prolonged and systemic actions.
It is very important that school bullying does not become a typical phenomenon, and aggression is not considered as a norm of behavior. After all, there is still hope that the psyche of children, the developing self-awareness and legal awareness of teenagers and the wisdom of adults will help overcome the consequences of inadequate roles that are consciously or involuntarily played by many people in their childhood and teenage lives.
I conducted a survey among the students of my school and created a memo of recommendations for children and adolescents who are bullied by others in order to protect their rights.
