Who is a successful person? People define this notion in many different ways. Some people believe that success is connected with the amount of money they earn, the house they live in and the car they drive. But is success really measured in dollars and is it just marking money and being well-known?

To my mind, success means finding personal satisfaction in your work and loving what you do. It is a sense of personal accomplishment and self-satisfaction. If people want to be successful, they should have a goal to strive for and constantly raise the bar.

My headmaster has a formula for success, "Hard work + enthusiasm + love of your work = success". He follows it and admires and motivates the employees.

But can a person be successful if he is not happy? A person is successful and happy if he uses all his talents to improve the world and leaves it a bit better, whether by bringing up a healthy child, planting a tree or building a house. As somebody has rightly said, "Success is the completion of anything intended".
