TOGETHER Dear readers! This is the last address as an editor. I am going to speak about the meaning of the school in our lives. I am sure there are no pupils who never dreamed that schools all over the world disappeared. OK, let’s speculate what would happen if it happened. And who would teach you to read, write, etc. But it is not the main thing. Do you remember those funny, interesting or sometimes sad things, which happened to you at school? Do you want to lose these memories? Of course, not. That’s why it is hard for school leavers to say “goodbye” to school, teachers and friends. I am a school leaver, too, and now finishing school, I want to turn time back. But the reality is inexorable and my dreams don’t come true… Goodbye, dear school, I will always remember you! Hello! My name is Natasha Kazeeva. I finished Kargal School many years ago. It’s a great pleasure for me that I still can get in touch with my teachers and students by means of this newspaper. Now I’m studying on the first course at Pedagogical Institute named after M. E. Evsevyev in Saransk and at the same time work in Kindergarten in ZubovaPolyana. I had still remembered English and Russian lessons at school. Now I’m working in the kindergarten. I like my work, I love working with the children
In conclusion I want to tell you, dear friends, that now in our digital world we must know the English language…all computers, technical terms, all of these and other things exist and speak with you only in the English language! This is the language of sea, air and land. Remember that the knowledge of computers and English will help you to feel confident and strong in our world. So I wish all of you great success. Hello  One of the national festivals of English-speaking countries is Halloween. It takes place on October 31 on All Hollow's Eve. We celebrated Halloween at school. It was great fun. We played different games, held competitions, sang songs and danced. My classmate Vlad and me led the programmer. The most active boy was Sasha Murzin. He took part in almost all competitions. All children were in costumes of witches and ghosts. Our teacher gave us small gifts. N. Arshinova, Grade 7
Autumn Holidays in Our School
Summer is over and it is autumn again, beautiful as ever. It is a season when the trees are simply fantastic — yellow, red, green and brown, not just one brown, but browns of all possible shades: light brown, dark brown, yellowish brown and all of a richness that only an artist can see and describe. There were different parties to celebrate Autumn in our school. You could take part in different competitions, could hear the songs and poems about autumn, could try fruit and cakes. They say that autumn is a season of poets and philosophers, that’s why I really like it.O. Myalina, Grade 8

Lermontov’s Birthday
There was Lermontov’s 200-years’ celebration on the 15th of October. Russian teacher M. V. Pyanzina organized a party to an anniversary. The compares of the party O. Samoshkina and M. Martyshkina introduced the audience with the life and creation of the great poet. Pupils recited favorite poems by Lermontov. The hall was decorated with the portraits of Mikhail Yurevich and his family, his drawings and memorable .places. A. Kasatkina, Grade 6
