I usually travel once a few years. I travel for 1-2 weeks. I like going abroad I prefer trains, but I don’t mind about using planes, buses, cars. Although I don’t like water means of transport. At first we’ll reach Moscow by train. Then we will fly from Moscow to Klagenfurt via Vienna

My family is going to visit Austria these summer holidays We’ll stay at Klagenfurt, Carinthia. It is the southern Austrian state. Situated within the Eastern Alps it is famous for its mountains and lakes.

We’ll stay there for 10 days in the hotel Plattenwirt which is situated near the Wörthersee lake, the biggest lake in Carinthia.

Also we’ll visit Hochosterwitz Castle. It is one of Austria's most impressive medieval castles. It is situated on a 160 metres Dolomite rock

There are other interesting places in Carinthia. These are monasteries and churches such as the Romanesque Gurk Cathedral or Maria Saal in the Zollfeld plain as well as castles and palaces like large-scale Hochosterwitz, Griffen or Porcia.
