The Main Points

        English grammar is a set of rules or conventions that evolved in and is accepted by the English speaking community for the construction of sentences, clauses, phrases, and words in the English language. In every student’s book there are many different grammar rules. Some of them are very complicated. If somebody wants to understand English grammar and to remember all rules he or she must learn English hard and read a lot of books.

        The hypothesis is the following: English grammar in schemes and tables can help to generalize information and to save knowledge in the mind. The aim of this project work is to study the positive and negative influence of schemes and tables on learning English and tenses analyzing.  

        The conclusion is made that schemes and tables help to generalize information and to save knowledge in the mind by learning  English grammar. Rules become simpler and you get exact system of English grammar. These ideas were proved by psychologists D.N. Bogoyawlenskiy and L.N. Prokoliyenko too.

The Role of schemes and tables by learning  English grammar

At first we found the definition of the word “a table”. A table is information in a special form which consists of general material. So we decided to investigate how often pupils use information in schemes and tables. In our research took part 6-9 forms pupils.

The first question was if it is easy to use schemes and tables.

60%  yes,

35%  no,

5%  didn’t answer.

The second question was if you can save time by using schemes and tables.

85%  yes,

13%  no,

2% didn’t answer.

The third question was if you must have special skills by using schemes and tables.

45% yes,

35% no,

20% didn’t answer.

The fourth question was if you often use schemes and tables.

70% yes,

20% no,

10% didn’t answer.

The fifth question was if you have English grammar in schemes and tables.

90% yes,

8% no,

2% didn’t answer.

We compared the dates and found that the ninth form pupils use mostly schemes and charts. It is because of many grammar rules were already learnt and pupils got knowledge of using schemes and charts. English grammar in schemes and tables is the fastest and easiest way to repeat something.

So, to sum it up, visibility is the main advantage by using charts during learning the English language. It helps save your time by explanation new grammar rule. Searching some information in schemes and charts is very easy and fast. It is possible to download grammatical schemes and charts in the computer or to print them on the sheet of paper and to hang grammatical material in the wall near your workspace. May be you use your mobile phone to download grammatical schemes and charts. If there is free time you can always repeat something.

But there are also some negative aspects. For example schemes and charts contain a little information and they are hard for understanding. A person should have special skills for their using.

In conclusion we would like to say that psychologists D.N. Bogoyawlenskiy and L.N. Prokoliyenko were right because schemes and charts help to generalize information and direct pupils’ thoughts by learning  English grammar. Rules become simpler and you get exact system of English grammar.

Уважаемые члены жюри, гости и друзья! Мы хотели бы представить проект на тему: «Грамматика англ.яз. в схемах и таблицах».

It is not news that in every student’s book there are many different grammar rules. Some of them are very complicated. If somebody wants to understand English grammar and to remember all rules he or she must learn English hard and read a lot of books. That’s why we have the hypothesis that English grammar in schemes and charts can help to save knowledge in the mind.

Не новость, что в каждом учебнике есть много различных грамматических правил. Некоторые из них очень сложные. Если кто-то захочет разобраться в английской грамматике и запомнить все правила, он или она должны усердно учить английский и прочитать много книг. Поэтому мы выдвигаем гипотезу, что  англ.грамматика в схемах и таблицах может помочь сохранить знания.

The aim of this project work is to study the positive and negative aspects of influence schemes and charts on learning English and their analyzing.  

Цель этого проекта – изучение положительных и отрицательных аспектов влияния схем и таблиц на изучение англ.яз. и их анализ.  

To do this project we had some sources of information. For example:

- articles in the Interne

- surveys

- pupil’s and grammar books.

Чтобы сделать этот проект у нас  были такие источники информации как:

- статьи из интернета

- опросы

- учебники и грамматические справочники  

At first we found the definition of the words “chart”. A chart is information in a special form which consists of general material.

Visibility is the main advantage by using charts during learning the English language. It helps save your time by explanation new grammar rule. Searching some information in schemes and charts is very easy and fast.

It is possible to download grammatical schemes and charts in the computer or to print them on the sheet of paper and to hang grammatical material in the wall near your workspace. May be you use your mobile phone to download grammatical schemes and charts. If there is free time you can always repeat something.

Сначала мы нашли определение слов «таблица». Таблица – это информация в специальной форме, состоящая из основного материала. Наглядность – это основное преимущество при использовании таблиц при изучении англ.яз.. Это помогает сэкономить ваше время при объяснении нового грамматического правила. Поиск информации в схемах и таблицах становится очень легким и быстрым. Можно скачать грамматические схемы и таблицы на компьютер или напечатать их на листе бумаге и  повесить грамматический материал на стену у своего рабочего места. Возможно использование мобильного телефона для скачивания грамматических схем и таблиц. Если есть свободное время, вы всегда можете что-то повторить.

Но также есть некоторые негативные аспекты. Например, схемы и таблицы содержат мало информации, и являются трудными для понимания. Человеку следует иметь специальные навыки для их использования.

В нашем исследовании приняли учащиеся 6-9 классов. Мы сравнили данные и вы видите, что учащиеся 9 клаccов больше всего используют схемы и таблицы. Мы думаем, это из-за того, что многие грамматические правила уже были изучены, и ученики получили знания, как пользоваться схемами и таблицами. Это самый быстрый и легкий способ что-либо повторить.

In conclusion we would like to say that psychologists D.N. Bogoyawlenskiy and L.N. Prokoliyenko were right because schemes and charts help to generalize information and direct pupils’ thoughts by learning  English grammar. Rules become simpler and you get exact system of English grammar.

В заключении мы хотели бы сказать, что психологи Д.Н. Богоявленксий и Л.Н. Проколиенко были правы, потому что схемы и таблицы помогают обобщить информацию и направить мысли учащихся при изучении англ.грамматики. Правила становятся проще, и вы получаете точную систему грамматики англ.яз..
