Kindergartens are very unusual in Japan . Buildings have a funny shape . Children can play on the roof .

Students may wear only white socks, black or dark blue. If a student is dressed, brown socks, these socks can be confiscated.

In Japanese schools do not have cleaners. After the end of training students themselves clean classrooms, hallways, bathrooms and the area around the school every day.

The Japanese school year begins on 1 April Summer holiday last about 40 days. It goes from 20 July to 31 August. Winter holidays last about 10 days , last from December 26 to January 6. Spring Break is also last about 10 days and fall from March 20 to April 1.

Schools can only walk in the spare shoes. This shoe can be worn by students only in school. Each student has a locker for shoes
