What is PLOGGING ? A new fitness trend and a growing social movement from Sweden. Plogging mainly consists of eco-running, i.e. it combines jogging with a bag for collecting garbage and collecting abandoned objects, debris, paper, etc., in order to leave the bag in a place for collecting garbage and subsequent disposal. This is another step to help keep our ecosystem and environment as clean as possible

main tasks : 1 . placement of sports activities with garbage collection in different territories in the vicinity of the city of Zhukovsky : riverbanks, fields, forests and parks. . 2. communication with residents on the topic of garbage collection and cleanliness after outdoor recreation . 3. call for residents-dog breeders to clean up the waste products for their pets. And also, I went out in the field for a walk – grab a bag of garbage on the way back!

social importance Everyone wants to live in cleanliness, but very few people want to maintain this cleanliness. Our social movement is helping people who go on Saturdays, jog, join and combine a workout on the run with garbage collection. The project outlines routes to places where residents of the city of Zhukovsky most often rest, after which they want to return the natural beauty - riverbanks, forest-park zones and just fields.
