Today I want to teach a lesson with you. We had to have this lesson before holidays because it dedicated to Christmas.

So, let’s start. I think everybody watched the film “How the Grinch stole Christmas”. Who didn’t? Ok, and who did watch the cartoon “The Grinch”?

Do you remember how Mr.Grinch has come in Whovile?

Let’s watch the episodes of film and of cartoon about Grinch’s childhood.

Did you remind? Now we will imagine our story how Grinch came in Whovielle and why he decided to stole the Christmas. You need imagine where he appeared, how, when. How he found the Whovielle? Maybe he wasn’t alone? Spark your imagination!

Now you can write some sentences. On the board you can see beginning of the story and phrase-hints, which you can use in your sentences. I’m giving you 2-3 minutes for imagine. And then we will make a story.

1 group: Where and when Grinch appeared.

2 group: How he found the Whovielle

3 group: Why he decided to stole the Christmas. What had happened with Grinch in Whovielle.
