James Cook was born on October 27, 1728 in the country of Marton (South Yorkshire).

James Cook was a British military sailor, explorer, cartographer and the first to opener, a member of the Royal Society and captain of the Royal Navy (Naval Forces). During these expeditions, made a series of Discovery.
