 All they  | were  born in town  

 that glorify we now |before  the  jubilee .

I`m proud of ancestors who were like mind investors

For us, next generations  who  send congratulations

These days to our   city before the jubilee

The less time left, the prettier   becomes my native city

An aqua park,  new roads  and  parks

Will   soon  be  marked as new landmarks  before the jubilee

I want  all citizens  of  Nizhniy

Preserve the beautiful   balance  between   antiquity  and elegance

In order    our  descendants   

 Will  have in future lucky chance
