Our health depends on our eating. Everyone should take vitamins especially in winter and keep fit in order to be healthy. The body needs to receive a sufficient number of nutrients every day: proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, trace elements. Cereals, fruits and vegetables, fish, meat, eggs, dairy products, nuts, salt, sugar, fat should be present in the diet .

This is especially important. A healthy food is primarily natural products without chemical additives and intermediates. It is undesirable to store any food for more than three days . it would be a good idea to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, instead of cookies and cakes. Various seeds and nuts can be also good for people. I can agree that cooking healthy food may require much money. However, people spend more money buying potato chips or other kinds of fast food.

For breakfast we advise you: milk or tea; salad, some fruits а nd nuts , curd yogurt , cereal , omelet with tomatoes .

For lunch we recommend that you choose some of these dishes: mushrooms baked with spices and sweet pepper, boiled potatoes, salmon steak, boiled rice, salad with vegetables and ham, baked chicken legs, beetroot salad, meat stew . And of the drinks is recommended tomato juice or compote .

For dinner you can enjoy these dishes and drinks: tea, milk, soft peas and beef, schnitzel with chicken, steamed fish cutlet, stew with zucchini .

It is advisable to eat up to 5 times a day, the last meal should be up to 20 hours. You can have a snack with low-fat kefir or fruit.

Why do so many people eat junk food? There are three main reasons for the popularity of such food: 1. Caloric content. 2. Availability 3. Taste qualities. Eating this kind of food can lead to poor nutrition, poor health and weight gain. And if a person is overweight, he or she might have health problems. As you see, we need to avoid eating unhealthy food .

Nowadays it is very popular to keep a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle includes not only some physical exercises but also healthy food. There are as well many different diets . All of them have their advantages and disadvantages. However, it is best to eat different healthy foods to keep fit and healthy.
