This letter is to inform you regarding the cancellation of contract of delivery that we had with your company from Building Equipment CO. I request you to inform all your concerned staff regarding this contract cancellation decision at your earliest convenience. The main reason for cancellation of contract is that your deliveries past few months are late and it has caused so much trouble on our part. It is stipulated in our contract that it can be cancelled in the event that expected quality of service is not met; thus I am cancelling it.

Цель этого письма, информировать Вас об аннулировании договора о поставках, заключенного с Вашей фирмой Building Equipment CO. Я рекомендую в ближайшее время информировать все заинтересованные службы о расторжении договора. Основной причиной расторжение договора являются задержки поставок последние несколько месяцев, что создало много проблем нашей стороне. В контракте оговорено, что он может быть аннулирован в случае невыполнения требований по качеству выполнения поставок. Таким образом, я расторгаю договор.
По договору мы должны произвести взаимные расчеты до конца месяца.
