2.3 Участие в проектировании и реализации педагогических инициатив, связанных с образованием обучающихся

Journey through heroic places.

During the history of Russia, many battles took place on its territory. Starting from the 13th century in the battle near Neva river, under the heading of Aleksandr Nevskiy, Russian troops became winners for many times in the different fights. To your attention, we can go back to the fight in Kulikovo field (1380), Borodino battle (1812), Prokhorovo field (1943).

“Three battlefields” as a historical project took place first in 2006 in Surgut. This was made to share impressions for the students of Surgut technological college, to commemorate heroes of those battles, to remember about those fights. For ten years, more than 53 thousand people have taken  part in the project, more than 37 educational institutions of Surgut have been involved.  

The project includes various activities so that each participant can fully demonstrate his or her abilities. High school students, studying the history of military fields, competed for getting a chance to travel.  More than 200 high school students visited so important historical sites, located in the Moscow, Tula and Belgorod regions. Schoolchildren staged theatrical performances, participated in the youth forum as well. In a partnership with the Centralized Library System, an online quiz was organized, so that more than a thousand schoolchildren participated.

The study of the military historical events of Russia through interactive format raise the interest in the Russian history. Appealing to the heroic past of the country brings up the spiritual and moral values ​​of the individuals and supports the growth of the national self-consciousness of Russian society.

One can say it for sure that the "Three battlefields" project is absolutely unique, relevant and performs important functions - education of schoolchildren and moral values. Knowing the history of our Motherland contributes to understanding the significance of our country in the world and world history.
