Don't look back!

Jack, don't stop!

Climb the beanstalk

To the top!

Narrator 6:                Jack knocks on the door.

Narrator 7:        But he gets a big surprise.  He sees a giantess. With two giant blue eyes!

Giant’s wife:         What do you want, boy? My dear husband is not here.

Mouse:                 I'm sure when he gets back, he will eat you, my dear.

Narrator 6:         As she is speaking, the whole castle starts to shake ...

Giant’s daughter:        The giant is coming. Hide in here, with the cake! Get into the oven.

Local girl 3:        From his big giant mouth.

Local boy:        Comes a terrible sound.

Giant:                Fee, Fi, Fo, Fum.

                        I can smell

                        A young boy

                        Yam, yam, yam!

Giant’s wife:        No, my dear husband, I am just cooking you some meat.

Giant’s daughter:        Look, It’s a sheep my dear father. Are you ready to eat?

Narrator 4:        He eats all the sheep.

Narrator 5:                And leaves not a single bone…

Giant:                Now, bring me my hen, wife. And then leave me alone.

Giant’s wife:        Here you are, husband. Here is your little brown hen.

Local girl 1:        Look, the hen lays an egg.

Local girl 2:        After that, it lays ten.

Local girl 3:        Jack looks through a hole

Local boy:                In the giant oven door…..

Jack:                        The hen’s eggs are golden.

                        It’s magic, I am sure.

Local girl 1:        And then in a while

The scary giant’s eyes close.

Mouse:        The giant is sleeping.

Giant’s daughter: You can go, I suppose.

Jack:                        Come here, little hen

                        You are coming with me.

Local girl 2:        Then Jack leaves the castle

Just as quick as can be.

Local girl 3:        He runs to the door

With a big smile on his face.

Jack:                        It is time to go home now.

Let’s get out of this place.

Local boy:                As Jack tries to leave,

Cluck, cluck cries the magic hen.

Just as quick as can be.

Mouse:                The giant wakes up and

                        He shouts out again.

Giant:                Fee, Fi, Fo, Fum.

                        I can smell

                        A young boy

                        Yam, yam, yam!

Local girl 1:        He chases poor Jack.

But Jack can run very fast.

Jack:                        I just want to go home.

There is the beanstalk at last.

Song

Don't mess with a giant,

 Don't go to his house.

When you see a giant

You feel like a mouse!

Giants are big,

Giants are scary.

They' re nasty and mean

 And ugly and hairy!

Don't mess with a giant

And don't steal his hen.

Because if he gets you

He'll eat you right then!

Don't mess with a giant,

Don't go to his home.

Don't mess with a giant,

Just leave him alone!

        III

Narrator 8:         Jack starts to climb down.

Giant:                 I am coming down too.

                        Come back here, little thief

I am going to eat you.

Jack:        Mother, I’m home.

Mother:                That sweet voice – Is it my Jack’s?

Jack:        The giant is coming

        Mother, bring me my axe.

Narrator 9:         Jack chops and chops.

                        Until the beanstalk falls down.

Narrator 10:         Soon the giant falls too

And lies dead on the ground.

Mother:                Well done, my dear Jack.

Sister:                What is that, my dear, a hen?

Jack:        We’ll never be poor now,

        Mother, never again.

Narrator 11:         The hen lays some eggs

And they are all golden and round.

Narrator 8:         Then Jack brings back Daisy

The next day from the town.

Narrator 9:         So, Jack, his mother, sister, father

Narrator 10:         The hen and Daisy the cow

Narrator 11:         Are all very happy

Because they are very rich now.

Song

Just when you're feeling

Lonely and sad,

Something can happen

To make you feel glad!

Life's full of surprises,

 Believe me it's true!

You just never know

What will happen to you!

Try not to worry

When things don't go right.

Just wait for a while,

It will all be alright!

Just keep on smiling

You'll feel good again.

 Remember that rainbows

Come after the rain!
