You have received a letter from your English pen-friend Tom who writes:
… I need some money to go on holidays with my friends at the end of August. Do you think I should find a job? Have you or your friends done summer jobs? I`m thinking of working as a waiter for a few weeks. Do you think it`s a good idea? What other jobs do you think I could do? And what do you think the problems might be?
Let me know what you think.
Write a letter to Tom.

G. I think you need to ask yourself one question: what’s more important – that argument or your friendship? I remember when I asked myself that it all became clear. I realised my friendship with Chris was far more important. I called him immediately and told him. We became friends again immediately. Maybe you should do the same thing. Let me know what happens!
