1)Орг. Момент.
- Good morning, pupils! I’m glad to see you again! Today we have guests, let’s greet our guests and say «Hello!» OK, sit down, please. Let’s begin our lesson.
How are you? I’m fine too. My dear friends,
-What season is it now?
-P1. It’s winter.
-Is it cold?
-P2 Yes, it is.
-Is it windy?
-P1 Yes, it is.
2) Фонетическая разминка OK. You’ll get more information about the weather, and now let’s learn a poem « When the weather is…» , but before this we’ll read these sounds:

The winter is white!
The spring is green!
The summer is yellow!
The autumn is bright!

4) Основной этап: You know, in winter a cold weather makes me feel uncomfortable, because I like spring. It’s my favourite season. And what season do you like?
- And what season you don’t like? And why?
Now, pupils, we read the text about an English girl Ann, who also likes to play different games and try to answer the question: «About seasons…»
-Who wants to read this text?
-P1, P2, P3, P4.
It’s winter now. Children like to play snowballs and toboggan. Ann doesn’t like winter, because it’s cold and snowy. Then spring comes. It’s warm and sunny. Ann likes spring, because children play golf in the park. Summer comes. Ann will dive and swim. She likes summer, because it’s bright, funny and hot. At last autumn comes. Children go to school. Ann doesn’t like this season, because It’s foggy, rainy, wet and cloudy in England».

1) Now choose the correct statement according to the text. And say : True or false:
1) Ann doesn’t like winter , because it’s cold and snowy.
