Тема урока: “SEASONS and WEATHER ”

Цель: повторение и обобщение лексико-грамматического материала по теме «Погода и времена года»

 Практические задачи:

• актуализация лексических и фонетических навыков,

• активизация навыков и умений по совершенствованию в говорении,
• совершенствование навыков аудирования,

Развивающие задачи:

• развитие памяти, внимания, логического мышления, цельности высказывания.

Воспитательные задачи:

• обучение навыкам взаимопонимания;
• воспитывать интерес к английскому языку как средству общения.

Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, экран.

Ход урока.

I. Вводный этап

T: Dear boys and girls! I am very glad to see you at our lesson. Sit down, please.

II Основной этап

1. Фонетическая зарядка.
T:Today we will speak about seasons. Each season has it’s weather. Let’s practice the tongue twister.

Whether the weather be fine
Or whether the weather be not?
Whether the weather be cold
Or whether the weather be hot?
Well whether the weather
Whether we like it or not.

2. Речевая разминка.
1). What is the date is it today?

2). Ноw many seasons do you know?

3). What are they?

4). What are the winter months?

5). What are the summer months?

6). What are the spring months?

7). What are the autumn months?

 8).What is your favourite season?

9). What colour is  autumn?

3. Let’s sing a song  «Spring is Green».

Spring is green,

Summer is bright,

Autumn is yellow,

Winter is white.

4. Fill in the missing letters

5. Look at the screen. Make up pairs of antonyms.

6. Group work. You should fill in  the words. Then  one of you  will read the text.

7. Look and say: what is the weather like in these towns? (слайд с картой городов мира и изображением погодных явлений в них).

8. And now let’s listen to the weather forecast for tomorrow. ( Ученик рассказывает прогноз погоды).

10. Аудирование.  I will read a text and you should draw the picture about it.

It is summer. The sun is shining. The clouds are high.  The trees are green. The birds are flying. There is a house on the picture.  There are many flowers near the house. (Дети рисуют  то, о чем читает учитель).

11. I think you are tired, so   let’s sing “A Season Song”  and dance.

In Summer when it's hot and the weather is fine,

In Autumn you can see the leaves falling to the ground.

13. You were to draw the pictures of your favourite  season  and prepare  the description of it. Please, who wants to answer? (ученики приготовили рисунки своего любимого времени года, описывают его).
