План-конспект урока по английскому языку в 5 классе.

Тема: Порядковые числительные.

Цель: усвоение  новых знаний по теме «Порядковые числительные»  и применение прежде приобретенных навыков  и умений.

Основные задачи:

Образовательные:

- увеличить активный словарный запас;

- расширить общий кругозор.

Воспитательные:

-воспитывать у учащихся интерес к изучению иностранного языка;

-воспитывать у учащихся умение работать в группе, коллективе;

- создать условия для формирования у учащихся толерантного отношения друг к другу;

-воспитывать уважение к мнению товарищей.

Развивающие: 

-развивать языковые, познавательные способности учащихся;

- развивать зрительную память, речь, мышление, восприятие;

-вовлечь учащихся в процесс постановки цели и задач обучения;

- развивать навык фонематического слуха.

Практические:

-активизировать и систематизировать ранее изученную лексику по теме «Распорядок рабочей недели»;

-повторить названия дней недели и обеспечить отработку данного материала в серии языковых и речевых упражнений;

-познакомить с образованием порядковых числительных и довести до автоматизации их употребление в речи;

Оборудование:

- плакат с числительными;

- карточки с –th, on, звёздочками;

-раздаточный дидактический материал;

-раздаточный материал для самооценивания;

-презентация в POWER POINT, компьютер, проектор, экран;

-магнитофон, диски с английскими песнями.

Ход урока.

1. Подготовка учащихся к учебной деятельности.

1. Приветствие и организационный момент начала урока.

T.:  Hello, girls and boys!

Ch.:  Say “Hello!” and clap your hands!

Don’t say “No!” and please say “Yes!”

T.:  I’m very glad to see you! It is often important to make a good beginning. And to begin our lesson well and enjoy it I suggest you to start with a nice song. Let’s sing it!

Hello, hello, hello

Hello, how are you?

I like to be with you

And you and you and you.

La la la la la la la la la la

La la la la la la la la la la.

( Учащиеся хором исполняют песню.)

T.:  Sit down please. I think you like this song. By the way how are you today? Will you ask your classmates in a chain?

P1.: How are you, P2?

P2.: I’m fine, thank you. And how are you, P3?  и т.д.

T.:  Good of you! And who is on duty today? Who is away today?

P1.: I’m on duty today. Nobody is away today.

T.:  What a nice day today! Everybody is here! And we can start working!

2. Фонетическая зарядка.

T.:  I don’t ask you about the date and the day of the week, because at first I want you to remember all the days of the week and do it with the help of the poem. You can see it on the screen (slide №1). Listen to me at first, then repeat after me all together.

Every week has seven days

See how many can you say

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday,

     Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Saturday. What’s today?

( Учащиеся отрабатывают чтение стихотворения хором и индивидуально, затем называют ещё раз все названия дней недели (слайд №2)

3. Речевая зарядка.

T.:  Let’s answer: what is today?

Ch.: Today is …

T.:  And what day begins the week in England? What day comes after Monday? What day comes before Saturday? What is the middle of the week? What days are weekend? And what about your favourite day of the week?  So, it was the homework of one of the groups of the class to answer this question and now we are going to check the homework of both groups.

II. Контроль домашнего задания.

T.: We divided into 2 groups and every group had the individual task. The homework of the first group was to write about the favourite day of the week in the workbook. Let’s listen to P1.

P1.:  I like… But my favourite day is…On this day I don’t … On this day I can…

T.: Well done! And the second group had the task to tell about the timetable for the week. Let’s start speaking, P1!

P1.:  I go to school every day. On Monday I have 5 lessons. After school I usually go for a walk with my friends…

T.: Thank you, you are great today and I’m very pleased with your homework. Ребята, а вы обратили внимание на особенности употребления названий дней недели и на их написание?

Ch.: Названия дней недели пишутся с прописной буквы и употребляются с предлогом on (предполагаемый ответ).

T.: Right you are! You should always remember it!

III. Постановка цели и задач урока.

T.:  And now pay attention to the blackboard. What can you see here? What about will we speak today? ( На доске висит плакат с цифрами и карточка с буквосочетанием –th.)

Ch.:  We will speak about the numbers.

T.:  We won’t speak  only  about the numbers, we will also speak about numerals(перевод). Ребята, а какие числительные вы знаете?

Ch.:  Количественные, которые отвечают на вопрос «сколько?» и порядковые, которые отвечают на вопрос «который по счёту?»( предполагаемый ответ).

T.: Всё правильно! Я думаю, о количественных числительных вы уже всё знаете, хотя о них мы сегодня тоже вспомним. А вот рядом с цифрами у меня висит карточка с буквосочетанием –th. A это для чего?

Ch.:  Данное буквосочетание необходимо для образования порядковых числительных(предполагаемый ответ).

T.: Правильно! Итак сегодня мы будем говорить о правилах образования и написания порядковых числительных.

IV. Первичное усвоение новых знаний.

T.: Для начала мы вспомним с вами количественные числительные. Let’s count please from 1 till 12, then from 12 to 20 (30,40,50 и т.д.)

Ch.: One, two, three, …

T.: Very well! Let’s answer my question: what is the date today?

Ch.: Today is the … of February.

T.: Explain please the rule, P1.

P1.:  Порядковые числительные образуются путём прибавления окончания –th  к количественному числительному и употребляется с артиклем the (предполагаемый ответ).

T.:  Let’s say: четыре - четвёртый, десять - десятый, шестнадцать - шестнадцатый, пять - пятый, тринадцать - тринадцатый. Числительные «пятый» и «тринадцатый»  немного отличаются по образованию от остальных числительных. А почему я не спрашиваю числительные «первый, второй, третий»? Потому что это слова-исключения. Запомните, пожалуйста, числительные «первый, второй, третий»  имеют иную форму, отличную от всех остальных числительных. Let’s look at the screen and repeat their forms after me (slide №3). (Учащиеся хором отрабатывают чтение числительных-исключений.)

T.:   Кроме того имеются также некоторые исключения и в написании. Open your textbooks on p.134, look at the table and find these exceptions.

Ch.: Five – fifth, eight – eighth, nine – ninth, twelve – twelfth, twenty- twentieth.

T.:  Let’s look at the screen, repeat them again and remember the writing of these numerals, please (slide №4).

V. Физкультминутка.

T.: Are you  tired? Let’s have a rest! We are going to play a bit. Pupils, come to the blackboard and make a line. Who wants to be a leader? We are going to play a game “The broken telephone”. The leader will name the ordinal numeral into the ear of the neighbour and  that one – to the next one in a chain and the last one should pronounce the numeral correctly.

          VI. Первичная проверка понимания и первичное закрепление.

    T.:  Well, we had real fun, let’s take your seats and now attention, please. We are going to meet a guest. (К доске выходит ученица, на голове которой корона с нарисованными числами.) Who are you?

Queen: I’m the Queen of the Kingdom of English Numbers.

T.: Why are you here?

Queen: I need help. I don’t know how to return home. The magician says that I can return if  I get a map. I should go to the top of this mountain. (Королева показывает рисунок огромной горы с выступами.) You can help me, if you pass all these steps, you will get the map and I will return home.

T.: Are you ready to help the Queen?

Ch.: Yes, we are.

T.: Let’s have a competition, divide into two teams and I think our Queen will help one of the teams, too. For each right answer you will get a star. Who will get more stars, that will be the winners.

Queen: But at first I want to check you. I will tell you about myself and you should write down all the numerals, which I’ll name. Are you ready? Let’s listen to me:

I’m 87 years old. I was born in the year 1927. My address is 35 White Street, Diamond City. I have a big family. There are 7 members in my family:  my husband, 2 sons, 3 daughters.

T.: So, are you ready to name the numerals, the first team? And the second team?

(Представители команд называют записанные числительные.)

Queen: I see, you can really help me.

T.: Let’s start our competition. And now I think our Queen can join one of the teams and help them, too. OK, look at the screen, where you can see different numbers. The task is to form the ordinal numerals. I’ll show the number, you’ll name the ordinal numeral (slide №5-6).

Team №1: The third, the ninth, the twenty second…

Team №2: The seventh, the first…

T.:  Well done! (Имя)’s team is getting …(число) stars, because they made fewer mistakes than (имя)’s team. We passed the first step of the mountain. And now every team will get a card where you should find the mistakes in the written numerals and write them on the blackboard correctly (slide №7).

(Учащиеся выполняют задание на доске.)

T.: Good of you! You passed the second step of the mountain and this time (имя)’s team is getting more stars, because they found all the mistakes in the written numerals. And now I have a magic box for you. There are papers with your birthdays in it. Each of you will take a paper one by one and guess, whose birthday it is, and make up a sentence, for example: «Olya’s birthday is on the second of June.»

(Учащиеся составляют предложения.)

T.: OK! This time I will give more stars to (имя)’s team, because they know the birthdays of the classmates better than (имя)’s team. So, you are great today, we reached the top of the mountain. Let’s count your stars and say, who are the winners? (Подводятся итоги игры.)

Queen: Thank you very much for your help! Now I can return to my Kingdom.

VII. Информация о домашнем задании.

T.: And our time is also up. Let’s write down your homework. We will divide into the groups as usually. P1 and P2 will do ex.7,8 p.74 in their workbooks. P3 and P4, you will make a report about the birthdays of all the members of your family in the written form. P5 and P6, you will make up a crossword with the ordinal numerals. Do you have any questions about your homework? (slide  №8).

Ch.: No, we don’t.

VIII. Рефлексия.

T.:  I’m very pleased with your work today!  And you, are you pleased with yourselves? On the desks you have got the cards with the flowers of different colours. I want you to raise the red flower, if you liked our lesson and if you worked greatly in your opinion. Raise the yellow flower, if you liked the lesson, but you didn’t manage with all the tasks. And raise the blue flower, if you weren’t active and didn’t work very well (slide №9).

(Учащиеся оценивают свою работу на уроке.)

T.: Did you learn anything new today?  Was it difficult for you? Can you name all the numerals without any mistakes? Well, I think all of you deserved good marks today and I suggest you to finish our lesson with the nice song «The more we are together the happier we are». Let’s sing it!(slide №10).
