Тема:  How to describe people

Цели:

Образовательные:

а) совершенствовать навыки речевой деятельности учащихся;

б) активизировать употребление ранее изученной лексики по теме в речи учащихся;

в) отработка интонационных навыков

Развивающие:

а) развитие навыков фонетического слуха

б) развитие орфографических навыков

в) развитие умения учащихся осуществлять монологические и диалогические высказывания

г) развитие речевой реакции

д)развитие навыков чтения вслух

е) развитие аудитивных навыков

Воспитательные:

а) воспитание у учащихся интерес к изучению языка

б) воспитание чувства ответственности

в) воспитание культуры общения

г)  воспитание умения работать в парах и индивидуально

Тип урока: комбинированный

Виды речевой деятельности: говорение, аудирование, чтение и письменная речь.

Применяемые технологии:

а) коммуникативно-ориентированного обучения

б) активизация учебной деятельности

в) информационные технологии

Оснащение урока: учебник английского языка «Enjoy English»б рабочая тетрадь, распечатки даданий для контроля чтения и аудирования, аудиомагнитофон, мультимедийное оорудование.

 

Ход урока

  1. Организационный момент

Teacher: Good morning, children. How are you today? What’s the news? Who is on duty? Who is absent? What date is it  today? What day of week is it?

Pupils: (дети отвечают на вопросы)

Teacher: Read these words and say what part of speech they are.

  1. Речевая разминка. Практика в аудировании.

Teacher: Well, pupils, now you’ll listen to the dialogue very attentively. Try to understand, I’ll ask you some questions according to it.

Questions:

  1. What foreign language does Linda speak?
  2. What are Linda’s hobbies?
  3. Does she play any musical instrument?
  4. Does she have a lot of friends?
  5. Is  her pen friend a boy?

                                                                                                                                                                           

  1. Проверка домашнего задания

Teacher: And now, boys and girls, it’s high time to check your homework. Your hometask was to learn the dialogue by heart. Please any volunteers.

(Дети рассказывают диалоги наизусть)

  1. Практика в чтении

Teacher:  Well, children, now we  are going to read the text. In this text there are some new words which you are to write down in your dictionaries. The task is to read it very attentively and say if the following statements are true or false.

(Дети читают текст и говорят, правильные ли утверждения или нет)

  1. Закрепление лексического материала

Teacher: Well, children, at the previous lesson we learned some words connected with the topic of our lesson and now I’ll check how well you know them.

Teacher: And now we are going to describe people. You are to say what characteristics a person of different jobs should have. Look at the screen and say what do you see and what kind of people these people should be.

To describe them you should use the following expressions:

  3. I guess……
  4. To my mind …
  5. In my opinion ….
