The recipe for the cupcake

1. Cut some dried fruit into cubes.
2. Put them into the bowl with warm water.
3. Chop the nuts.
4. Mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla.
5. Heat the butter and mix it with sour cream.
6. Put everything in one bowl.
7. Stir the mixture with a fork.
8. Add the flour and mix everything together.
9. Add soft fruit and nuts.
10. Bake in the oven  at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Okroshka recipe

1. Wash potatoes and carrots, boil them, peel and cut into small cubes.
2. Boil the eggs , peel them and.
3. Wash cucumber and radish cut into small cubes too.
4. Cut a boiled sausage.
5. Now mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
6. Add some salt, spring onions cut very small and pour the bread kvass into the mix.
7. Finished dish should be placed for 1-2 hours in a fridge.

Soup recipe

1. In the frying pan you need to fry onions and carrots with butter.
2. Boil some meat (chicken, pork or beef).
3. Take meat out of the saucepan, cut it and set aside.
4. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes.
5. Place potatoes into the saucepan.
6. Add some spaghetti or rice.
7. Add the contents of the frying pan into a saucepan.
8. There also add the tomato paste.
9. If necessary, add water.

10.Add salt and pepper to taste.

11.Cook for  10 minutes. Cover with a lid.

       Recipe of fruit salad

1. You can take any fruits you like.
2.  Rinse the fruit and dry them.
3. Cut  them into cubes
4. Do not make them too small.
5. Mix  sour cream with sugar.
6.  Add a little lemon juice.
7.  Pour the mixture over the fruit.
8.  You can add some nuts or  chocolate.
9.  Decorate salad  with fruit and chocolate.

Chocolate Ice-cream

 Heat up the milk.

1. Put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
2. Pour boiling-hot milk in the bowl, stir the mixture.
3.  Return the mixture to the saucepan and leave to thicken, stirring continuously

5.  Do not allow the cream to boil, let it thicken.

6. Leave to cool for some minutes.

 7. Add the cocoa and mix it up.

8. Decorate salad  with fruit and chocolate.
