Good afternoon! I’m very glad to see you. Take your sits, please.

                                                                         Let’s start our lesson. But what has happened? There is a lock, isn’t?! What shall we do? I think we must guess what the topic of our lesson is.  Let’s try!

Well done! You are right. Today we are going to speak about seasons and months of a year.

But, as usual, we start with the tongue twister:

             Whether the weather be fine

Or whether the weather be not?

Whether the weather be cold

Or whether the weather be hot?

We’ll weather the weather whatever the weather

Whether we like it or not.

Well done!

Now, please, answer my questions:

1. What season is it now?              

2. Do you like it or not? Why?

3. What is the weather like in this season?

4. What is your favourite autumn month?       Why?

Учащиеся решают кроссворд. (Слайд 8).

Учащиеся выполняют упражнение на употребление предлогов с месяцами, годами, днями недели.

Учащиеся по очереди подходят к учительскому столу и тянут карточки, затем пытаются мимикой, жестами, телодвижениями изобразить то, что на карточке. Остальные должны отгадать слово.
