- Good morning! I am glad to see you! Sit down, please. My name is Ekaterina Sergeevna. Let’s begin our lesson.

Фонетическая зарядка

- Let’s do phonetic drill.  Today we practise the sound [w]. Repeat after me. [w,w,w]- all together.

Look at the board. Listen to me.

Twinkle, twinkle, little star,
How I wonder what you are.
Up above the world so high
Like a diamond in the sky.

- Repeat the words with the sound [w] after me: twinkle, wonder, what, world.

- Read the poem after me all together.

- Read it one by one, line by line. Start, please.

- Who wants to read the whole poem?

- Now, let`s cheek your home work.

- Your home task was to learn irregular  verbs by hart.

- Look at the screen. Here you see the verbs in the first form, your task is to give the second form of these verbs.

- Here you can see some pictures. Look at them and name the verbs in the 1st and the 2nd forms:

-  Look at the screen and match  the 1st forms of the  verbs to their 2nd ones.

- Look at these sentences. Your task is to put these verbs in the second form.

- Please, answer my questions. Did you watch TV yesterday? Did you do your home task? Did you go to the cinema yesterday? Did you talk with your grandmother last week?Did you play football last month?

- Look at the board. Make up questions. (The words are mixed).

- Did she go to the shop yesterday?

- Did he go to the theatre yesterday?

- Translate the words, that will appear on the screen.

- Who? What? When? Where? Why? How?

- This is a special words for special question.

- Please, answer my questions.

- Look at your scheme. Who can tell me, how you to make general and  special questions in Past Simple?

- Open your books at page 51. Read the task.

- Who wants to read? You will be Topsy. You will be Foxy.

- Now you are to make a dialogue. Work in pairs.

- One child asks the other child about what he did yesterday.

First, Sam asks Lily. After that, Lily asks  Sam. Pictures and questions on the screen will help you to make a dialogue.
