Открытый урок в 4 классе, направленный на расширение кругозора обучащихся по англоязычному страноведению, знанию об основных фактах географии Великобритании, на отработку навыков аудирования, поискового чтения, повторение  употребления времени Past Simple Tense, закрепление употребления глагольной временной формы.

Тема  урока: «Looking for Treasures ».

Класс: 4

Цели урока: 

- образовательные: закрепление и систематизация изученного материала, формирование познавательных способностей учащихся;

- развивающие: развитие речевой активности, памяти, образного мышления, интереса к предмету; способность работы в группе;

- воспитательные: воспитание у учащихся духовно-нравственных ценностей, уважение и интерес к культуре других стран, активности на уроке

Задачи урока:

  1. расширить кругозор учащихся по англоязычному страноведении, знания об основных фактах географии Великобритании,
  2. Отрабатывать навыки аудирования, поискового чтения.
  3. повторить   употребление времени Past Simple Tense;
  4. Закрепить употребление глагольной временной формы

Форма урока: Урок-путешествие

Методы урока:

  • объяснительно-иллюстративный;
  • проблемно-поисковый;
  • элементы игровых технологий.

Тип урока: урок обобщения и систематизации.

Оборудование:

  • раздаточный материал;
  • ТСО (экран, проектор, компьютер);
  • мультимедийные технологии.

Структура урока:

1.Организационный этап.

2.Этап подготовки учащихся к работе на основном этапе.

3.Этап игры (обобщение и систематизация знаний, контроль и самоконтроль знаний и способов действий, коррекция знаний и способов действий).

4. Этап подведения итогов занятия.

5. Этап информации о домашнем задании.

  1. Организационный момент. 

T - Good morning children and our guests!

Welcome to our English lesson. We are very glad to see you.  

Dear children, today we are going to have a trip. (слайд 1) ….But we don’t know where to…

2. Этап подготовки учащихся к работе на основном этапе. Работа с «письмом капитана Немо».

T – Here is a letter from Captain Nemo, let’s read and work with it to find out where to go… (слайд2)

Dear friends,

My name is Captain Nemo.

I need your help! Wicked (злые) pirates from the Coral Sea stole (украли) my treasures (сокровища). Here I give you some information about the country. The map and tasks can help you to find my treasures.

So, we need find the captain’s treasures.

   

 It is time for you to listen to the steps of our work. To find Captain Nemo’s treasures      

We should read and work with the letter, do phonetic drills, find more information about the country, meet in the grammar club,listen to a new letter.

        T - Well, do you know what country it is?(слайд3)

Ожидаемые ответы учеников:– Yes, it’s Great Britain.

T – Right! So, we will go to Great Britain and find Nemo’s treasures.

Now I suggest sailing the high seas and researching for the buried treasure. Do you know what the Russian word for the word “treasures” is?

 T: Tell me, please what we call “treasures”. (слайд 4)

Ожидаемые ответы учеников: gold (coins, silver, jewels)

T: You are right. Valuable things such as silver, coins and gold are called “treasures».

And now, let’s look at the map. We are going to a trip to the British Isles. (слайд 5) We will visit some uninhibited islands where the pirates may have hidden treasure chest. So let’s begin.

       Firstly, we need to do phonetics drill.....  (слайд 6)

-You can see the cards on your desks. I will put the words into the right colomns to the sounds [æ] or [e].

Well, everything is ready for our wonderful adventure. Now, let’s go on board of our ship. (слайд 7)

3.Этап игры (обобщение и систематизация знаний, контроль и самоконтроль знаний и способов действий, коррекция знаний и способов действий)

Our first task is going through Dense forest. (слайды  8, 9,10)

I am sure you will cope with the task.  You need to find more information about the country where we are going and speak about it. Take the yellow sheet of paper. You can see a text there.

            Look through the text and complete the  map.

Great Britain

Great Britain has got 3 parts: England, Scotland and Wales.

The Capital of the country is London.

The most important cities are Oxford, Liverpool and York.

The Head of State is the Queen

The highest mountain is Ben Nevis

The longest river is the Thames. (На столах пустые карты.)

The second Station is “Mountain River” (слайды 12,13,14)

First of all, we must revise the rule. Look at the screen please. As you remember, Past Simple Tense use when we want to talk about the past.

  1. You know, verbs can be regular and irregular. (Распределить правильные глаголы по колонкам)Your work is well done. Thanks.

Well done. Thank you. Gо to the Story Valley. (слайды 16,17)

The Story Valley. And now. We will meet with one of the pirates. You will listen to the story of this pirate and then answer our questions. We will listen to the text twice. (учащиеся прослушивают текст два раза,  выполняют задание к аудированию).

Аудирование .

My name is John. I am a pirate. There are three brothers in my family. They are pirates too. I am old and brave. Yesterday I went to the wood. The weather was sunny and hot. I was tired and sat under the tree. I took off my jacket and put it on the ground. When I woke up, I couldn’t find my jacket. I looked for it in the grass. I saw a small paper, it was a map. I am the happiest man in the world! It was the map of treasures.

  • How many brothers are there in his family?
  • Who are they?
  • Is John brave?
  • Where did he go yesterday?
  • What was the weather like?
  • Why was he happy?

(So, speak about him.Ожидаемые ответы учеников: John is a pirate. He is old and brave. He has got three brothers. They are pirates too.)

– Well done!

4. Этап подведения итогов занятия.

Let’s go on. Can you see a big Colourless Flag? (слайды 19, 20)  

T: Look!. But it isn’t beautiful. Let’s colour this flag. Each of group have pictures  on your desks. So take your coloured pencils and paint the  pictures..

Well. Show us your pictures.

T: Well done.

  T: And,  now we are at the Treasure Island  (слайды 18,). A treasure is hidden in this island. (слайд 19) Here is it Nemo’s chest, but it’s closed. There is a secret message. Let’s decode this message.

And your decoded message is

So,  the message has decoded. Let’s read this message. (слайд 21)

Ожидаемые ответы учеников: Your treasure is your knowledge.  Who can translate this proverb into Russian? (Учащиеся читают и переводят пословицу на русский язык) That’s right. Your treasure is your knowledge.

 На большом листе бумаги изображается карта с изображением эмоциональных "островов": о. Радости, о. Грусти, о. Недоумения, о. Тревоги, о. Ожидания, о. Просветления, о. Воодушевления, о. Удовольствия, о. Наслаждения, Бермудский треугольник и др. (слайд 23)

 Карта островов вывешивается на доске (стене) и ученики выходят к карте и  крепят свой кораблик в соответствующем районе карты, который отражает душевное, эмоционально-чувственное состояние в конце урока.
