Queen: O how I wish I could have a child as white as snow, as red as blood and as black as an ebony!

Among the ladies in the land,
Who is the fairest of them all?
Among the grown – up ladies tall,
You, o Queen are the fairest of all
Yet the truth I must speak,
And so I do,
That the child Snow White is more lovely than you! »)

Stepmother: Take this child away, deep to the forest and kill her!

Snow White: My name is Snow White.
2 Dwarf: How did you find our cottage?
Speaker: Snow White told them about her stepmother, about a servant and how the servant agreed to spare her life.
Snow White: Then I run and run all day until I came to this little cottage.
3 Dwarf: If you will look after us…
4 Dwarf: Keep our house clean and tidy…
5 Dwarf: Cook and wash…
6 Dwarf: You can live here with us …
7 Dwarf: and we shall take good care of you!
Snow White: Oh, you are kind, I shall be glad to do that!
1 Dwarf: We are out all day working.

3 Dwarf: If your stepmother learns that you are here…

Make her more fair.”)

Snow White: What can this poor old woman do to me?
Speaker: In the evening when the Dwarfs returned home they were shocked to find Snow White lying as she was died. They cut the new laces and she begun to breathe again.

Stepmother: Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Among the ladies in the land,
Who is the fairest of them all?
You o Queen art exceedingly fair,
But the truth I must speak and this I do swear
Snow White is not dead but living still
In a little house far away the hill
And though you, o Queen,
Art certainly fair,
This child’s great beauty doth
Make her more fair.”)

Stepmother: Cheap wares to sell! Pretty things to sell!
Snow White: I will not let you come in. I promised the Dwarfs to open the door to no one.
Stepmother: Never mind! You can look, can’t you? You must let me comb your hare properly for you!

Stepmother: Mirror, mirror on the wall,
Among the ladies in the land,
Who is the fairest of them all?
You o Queen art exceedingly fair,

Snow White is not dead but living still
In a little house far away the hill
And though you, o Queen,
Art certainly fair,
This child’s great beauty doth
Make her more fair.”)

At the end of three days they wanted to bury Snow White but they could not do it because she looked as she was still alive. So they just covered her with a sheet and wrote these words.
Snow White, King’s daughter”)
Speaker: There Snow White lay as if still alive but sleeping, with her skin as white as snow, her cheeks as red as blood and her hair as black as ebony.
