Тема: «At the supermarket»

Цели и задачи урока:

o Закрепить чтение буквосочетаний ou,au+ gh передают звук [ ):]

o Разучить употребление some / any

o Активизировать употребление лексики по теме «Еда»

o Развить навыки диалогической речи

o Научить простейшим навыкам стихосложения

o Пополнить словарный запас по теме «Еда», «В магазине»

o Воспитать умение вести себя в общественных местах (магазине)

Оборудование: магнитофон и аудиокассета, тематические картинки по теме «Продукты», проектор.

Лексический материал: vegetables, meat, drinks, sweet, sausage, trolley. They are good for you.

Грамматический материал: местоимения some и any.

Социокультурная информация: традиции питания в Англии.

Ход урока

1.        Приветствие и организационный момент начала урока:

Т: Good morning, children! I'm glad to see you again. Who is on duty today? Who is away today? Who is late today? What date is today? What day is it today? Are you ready for the lesson? How are you, Pi? Are you fine, P2? Are you OK, P3?

Т: Fine, let's begin!

2.Речевая зарядка. (Слайд 4)

Т: I think you are fine because you aren't hungry. I am sure you have breakfast every morning. Do you want to know what the English eat for breakfast? Listen to me, please.

In England the tourists can have «full (полный) English breakfast». First they have flakes (хлопья) and juice. Then they eat ham, eggs and tomatoes. Then comes toast and marmalade. The tourists can finish their breakfast with coffee or tea with milk. In fact the English don't often have «full English breakfast» at home. They usually have one of these things with coffee or tea. The English call it «continental breakfast» (континентальный, европейский завтрак).

So, answer my questions, please. What kind of breakfast can the tourists in England have? Do they eat eggs and ham? Do they have bread or toast? The tourists can finish their breakfast with juice, can't they? Do the English always have their «full breakfast»? What is «continental breakfast»? Do you like «full» or «continental» breakfast? (Учащиеся отвечают на вопросы учителя во фронтальном режиме).

3.        Контроль домашнего задания.

Т: What do you like for breakfast? What do you usually have for
breakfast? Use the words from your list. (Учащиеся отвечают на эти вопросы,
используя список названий продуктов, которые они написали дома).

4.        Введение нового лексического материала и его отработка.

(Слайд 5, 6, 7)

а) Т: We buy food at the supermarket. What can we see there? Listen to the speaker and read some new words, please. They are of Ex. 2 and 3 on Pages 103—104. (Учащиеся прослушивают слова с кассеты, а затем читают их). Close your books and look at the screen.

b)               T: Today we will go to the supermarket. But first we mustn’t forget how to read these letters.

 Т: I need 4 pupils for this game: 2 pupils are in the first team, the others — in the second team. They must read the transcription from Ex. 4 in turn and match it and the words. Which team can do it with-out mistakes? (Побеждает команда, сделавшая меньше ошибок).

  Do you know national dishes of America? ( Слайд 9,10)

- Hamburger and fry-potato.

- Do you know national dishes of England?

- Fish and cheeps

- Do you know national dishes of Bashkortostan?

- baursak,balish, bishbarmak

5. Развитие навыков восприятия речи на слух и устной речи.

a)        Т: Robin, Misha and Alice are at the supermarket. What do they
want to buy? Read Ex. 5 on Page 105 and answer the questions.

(Учащиеся читают по ролям короткий диалог, задают друг другу предтекстовые вопросы и отвечают на них).

T: Betsy buys food for her family at the supermarket. Look at
the picture of Ex. 9. Listen and tick what she never byes for her
family. What does she buy? Why? (Учащиеся прослушивают с
кассеты текст: Normally Betsey doesn't buy any sausages because
they are very expensive. She doesn't buy any cucumbers and
onions, because their family don't like them. Betsey doesn't like
cakes,   but   she   buys   them   for   her   husband.   She   often   buys chocolate. She loves it. и отвечают на эти вопросы).

e)                     Т: Let's discuss some questions. Ask the questions of Ex. 10 on
Page 106 and answer them. Work in pairs.
