Тип урока: обобщающе - повторяющий.

Цели урока:

Воспитательная- осуществить нравственное воспитание. Поддерживать и развивать  интерес  учащихся к языку, расширять  кругозор учащихся и повышать их общую культуру.

Образовательная - обобщение  и систематизация  изученного материала по теме « Путешествие по Великобритании ».

Развивающая -  развивать интеллектуальную, эмоциональную и мотивационную сферы учащихся

Оборудование: - презентация  Power Point, интерактивная доска, карта.

Ход урока

1. Начало урока.

Teacher: Good morning dear boys and girls, I am very glad to see you today. Sit down please. Today оne teacher from our school is present at our lesson.

I hope you will be pleased with student’s answers. Let’s begin. We have a very unusual lesson today. We will have a trip to Great Britain the country with unique culture and history.

Teacher:. Has somebody   guess what we will do at the lesson? What we will talk about?

 We'll speak about parts of the UK, their capitals and symbols. The theme of the lesson is «A Trip to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland."

Слайд№-2 The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is situated on the British Isles. The British Isles consist of two large islands, great Britain and Ireland, and about five thousand small islands. Their total area is over 244 000 square kilometers.

The United Kingdom is made up of four countries: England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Their capitals are London, Cardiff, Edinburgh and Belfast. Great Britain consists of England, Scotland and Wales and doesn’t include Northern Ireland. But in everyday speech “Great Britain” is used to mean the United Kingdom. The capital of the UK is London.
