Dialogue about hobby.

1: What are you going to do at the weekend?

2: Well, I’m going to ski. 

1:  Great! Is that how you like spending your free time?

2: Yes, it’s my favourite pastime. I especially like downhill skiing. Well, you know, it helps me relax after a rough week. And what about you? Do you have any hobby?

1: Sure I do. I’m fond of reading. The books are a wonderful way to transport me to a different place and era without actually leaving home. Frankly speaking, I think that every person should have at least one hobby. It makes you more interesting and patient. Besides, it helps to relieve stress and get rid of boredom.

 2: I absolutely agree with you. A hobby can help you become more sociable because it’s a great way to meet and get closer to people who have the same interests as you do. Moreover, it helps to develop new skills. For example, sport develops bravery, organization and communication skills. By the way, would you like to go skiing with me?

1: Well, actually I’ve never skied. Besides, I’m afraid of being injured.

2: Don’t be scared. There a lot of professional instructors who can teach you.

1: All right. I will go, but promise that you’ll read a story about a famous detective Sherlock Holmes. You’ll likely love it. It’s really exciting.

2: Settled. See you on Saturday at 3 p.m.

1: Bye.
