Гарри Поттер и Рон сидят в разных концах сцены и разговаривают по телефону.

Ron. Wow! When did I spell it? “ Dear Germiona, I would like to congratulate you on the New Magic Year! I wish you excellent witchery. This new broom is my present for you. “ I think it was a year ago. What shall we spell this year? I’ll call Harry, he is the cleverest magician in our school.

Harry. Harry Potter.

Ron. Hi! What are you doing?

Harry. I’m finishing my own spelling book.

Ron. New Year is coming.

Harry. And what of it?

Ron. We should congratulate Germiona & present her a gift. We should like her to remember our gift for a long time.

Harry. Have you got any ideas? Oh, I forgot, you have never any ideas. Everything is on my fragile magic shoulders. Wait a minute. I have just something read about it. Here it is! “ Magic Santa Claus comes whenever you want & realize all your dreams.”That is what we need! She is a real fan of Justin Bibber. Let’s sing one of his songs! (Song1. Ron..And what about the present?

Harry. I haven’t got any ideas. We have already presented voodoo dolls, spelling books, we have transformed her favorite cat into a rat. We have done almost everything! Let’s ask herself.

На сцене появляется Гермиона с телефоном в руке.

Germiona. Germiona is speaking.

Harry. What are you doing?

Germiona. I’m preparing for our magic test. Are you ready?

Harry. Yes, of course. What do you want as a present?

Germiona. I don’t know. Something magic. Something, that is the most valuable in the world.

Harry. What a difficult task! But we’ll try to find it.

Santa Claus. Santa Claus is watching.

Ron. Hello! We would like to congratulate a girl.

Santa. No problem! Come to my office tomorrow & bring your present.

Ron. Ok. Thank you.

Santa. (Talking by the phone) Yes! No problem! What will the present be? A car? I can’t lift it up myself, Snegurochka is a model now & she doesn’t want to work with me. If you want me to use my magic power, you should pay extra. Ok. No problem!

What do you want, my young gentlemen?

Harry. We would like to congratulate a girl & to find a present for her.

Ron. What is the most valuable in the world?

Santa. What questions the new generation have got! You are too material, you think only about money! New Year is such a wonderful holiday. Listen! (Song2.Deck the hall)

Harry. No! We didn’t mean it, we meant fairy-tale!

Santa. Oh, I see. Something, that is the most valuable? I don’t know. I haven’t got time for such trifles. I earn money for Baba Yaga. And the fairy-tale has chaned greatly. Crisis, inflation. You should go there yourself. Are you afraid?

Ron. Greatly!

Harry. No!

Санта Клаус уходит, столы уносятся и на сцене появляется Кот.

Harry. Wow! Look! Do you see him too? Let’s ask him, in all fairy-tails cats can speak.

We wish you a merry Christmas & a happy New Year! Oh, Tannenbau, oh Tannenbau. Labor, labor & only labor! I hear, my king, that in a nice city Bagdad there lived a tailor. His name was… I don’t remember. I have always problems with names. Abe, Ale, Ibn… Let him be Polucat. I don’t remember what happened with this cat. O.k, let’s start another tale. What are you doing here, my young gentlemen?

Harry. My dear cat! Will you be so polite to answer my questions?

Cat. Can you be shorter? Quicker please, quicker.

Harry, Ron. What is the most valuable in the world?

Cat. Do you really need my answer?

Harry, Ron. Greatly!

Cat. If you help me, I’ll help you.

Ron. Again. What should we do? Shall we solve your puzzles?

Cat. No, of course not! It’s the Stone Age. I know all answers to all puzzles. Tell  me short poems for my grandchildren. I forgot everything. Sclerosis!

Ron. Just a minute. For example:

Cat. I don’t know. I don’t even remember my name & such trifles I forgot many years ago.

Ron. Why did you waste our time then?

Cat. All people are so selfish! Nobody wants to help me. Go away! Don’t make me angry!

Winnie the Pooh. Oh! Would you like some honey? Oh, there is nothing left. Why are you so sad?

Ron. Can you help us?

Winnie. Yes, but you should keep our magic rules.

Harry. What rules?

Winnie. You help me, I help you.

Ron. It won’t do. We knew one cat. He deceived us.

Winnie. I’m a very honest bear. I promise, I’ll help you.

Harry. What do you want? Would you like to listen to poems?

Winnie. No, I wouldn’t. I’m the cleverest bear in our fairy-tale. I write poems myself. I desire to listen to a New Year song.

Winnie. Oh, it was great! Now it’s my turn. What do you want to ask me?

Винни Пух уходит и приходит Алиса

Alice. Just fancy! What a strange day today! Evening was quite usual yesterday. Did I change during the night? I guess it’s not me. But who then? At least I’m sure I’m not Ada. Her hair is wavy & my hair is straight. And of course I’m not Mable. I know so much & she knows nothing. Let’s check my knowledge. 5 plus 6 is 12, 6 plus 6 is 13, 7 plus 6 is…oh, math is not important. Let’s take geography. London is the capital of Paris, Paris is the capital of Rome & Rome…No! It’s not correct! I think I turned into Mable. Do you know anything about me? Who am i?

Ron. I think you are Alice.

Harry. But there can be different variants.

Ron. Relax. Everything will come to an end itself. Tell us: what is the most valuable thing in the world?

Alice. I don’t know, but know who knows. Oh, I began to behave strangely. If help me to solve the task, I’ll tell you who knows all answers to all questions.

Harry. Ok. This tale is very material.

Alice. An evil witch turned into Snow-white & baked 40 pies with nails for 7 dwarfs; 3 dwarfs did not eat & the rest threw all the pies into the witch. The half pies reached the goal & the half pies missed it. How many pies reached the witch?

Ron. Let’s think logically. There are 7 dwarfs. 3 dwarfs are cleverer than others; they did not take the pies. And there are 4 silly dwarfs. The witch baked 40 pies. Let’s divide it to 4. I can’t do it immediately. I left my calculator at home.

Harry. 8.

Ron. What is 8?

Harry. The answer is 8. The witch has 8 bruisers from 8 pies.

Ron. How smart you are!

Alice. 8 pies. I guess they all have different edges. One edge makes the pie bigger & another one on the contrary less. What a mess!

Ron. Hey, you! Or not you! You promised to show us where a person who knows everything lives.

Alice. Oh, yes. Go that way. Ask a man who wears a big hat. He answers all your questions.

Harry. Failure again. We need only a hat. What can tell us a person who wears a big hat? A big hat? May he be a cowboy?

Ron. Let him be a gangster! I don’t care we need a help. Let’s go, we haven’t got any choice

Алиса убегает и на сцене появляется Незнайка

Neznaika. I’ll wonder everyone. What poems! How smart I am!

Ron. Look! He is our cowboy. Just look at his hat!

Harry. Good afternoon! Only you can help us. Nobody answered our simple question.

Neznaika. Easily! One second! What question?

Ron. What is the most valuable thing in the world?

Neznaika. Many things. Talent for instance. I’m a modest poet. My talent is the most valuable thing in the world. Would you like to listen to my new poem?

Harry. No, thank you. Next time.

Neznaika. That’s a pity. You said that somebody was here. Would you be so kind to inform native people about my concert? A talented person shouldn’t keep his talent inside, he should share it with everyone.

Ron. Hey! Cat! Winnie! Alice! Here!

На сцену приходят все участники сказки

Santa. Who shouted? What’s up? Are you still here? Did you like it here?

Harry. Yes, we did. But we still don’t know what the most valuable thing in the world is.

Santa. Didn’t you guess?

Ron. No, we didn’t.

Santa. What made you leave your friends & look for a magic present?

Harry. That was the wish of our friend Gemiona.

Santa. And who helped you during your journey?

Harry. Ron!

Ron. Harry!

Santa. Friends. That is the most valuable thing in the world. You found it. So you can go & congratulate Germiona.

Ron. What will we give her? Shall we come & tell her: “ We are your presents!”

Santa. You will present her this fairy-tale. Isn’t it the best gift? Our tale is hidden here. Happy New Year!

Germiona. That is the best gift I have ever had. It is too big for me. It will be our Fairy-tale.
