Учащиеся отвечают на вопросы:

«Для каких профессий необходимо знание ин.языка?»

T: Good morning, pupils. Today we are going to speak about English language. Why learning English so important? Which jobs do you need English for?

T: Thank you. Now please look at the words below and put them in the chart:

Повторение и корректировка произношения гласных звуков

Игра в “Bingo”: учитель включает запись слов, учащиеся закрывают карточками на игровом поле гласные звуки из этих слов. Тот учащийся, который первый закрывает все игровой поле, говорит “Bingo” – он победитель.

T: Look at these words.

Учащиеся читают и переводят слова,

соединяют слова с дефинициями.

Учащиеся делятся на 2 команды, придумывают свои словосочетания, читают другой команде. Та, команда, которая вспомнит и назовет больше словосочетаний- побеждает

Open your books on page 84 ex 2. let`s read and translate some words are new for you:

Match the words with their definitions:

Let`s divide into two groups make up your own phrases with these words, read the phrases to another group. How many can you repeat. Now please ex 2. on page 84 let`s read.

Abroad-in or to a foreign country

To earn- to receive money for work that you do

Exchange programme- an arrangement in which people or groups from different countries visit each other

Knowledge-what you know or what is known about a particular subject

Повторение модальных глаголов, развитие навыков диалогической речи

Учащиеся читают и переводят словосочетания, составляют свои предложения: «Может быть, я смогу…», «Наверное, я  не смогу…».

Затем спрашивают друг друга и читают вслух самые интересные предложения.

So, if you know English you will be able to travel all over the world and communicate with people everywhere.

We have mentioned many advantages of speaking English. What is number one for you?

P1: I learn English because I want to be able to travel all over the world. I also want to be able to understand people everywhere.

P2:  I learn English because I want to be able to find a good job and earn a lot of money.

P3:  I learn English because I want to work as a secretary. Almost all business in Russia today is international. A secretary has to write letters in English and speak English on the phone.

P4:  I learn English because I want to be able to surf the net day and night, because most of the websites on the Internet are in English.

P5:  I learn English because I want to study languages at university.

P6:  I learn English because I want to be able to talk to waiters in hotels and restaurants around the world.

P7:  I learn English because I want to be able to read “Harry Potter” in the original.
