Today we’ll have an unusual lesson. We’ll travel to different foreign countries. What English speaking countries do you know?

We start our trip with England, let’s go to London. Do you know where it is?

Look at the screen. What is it?

Next task is to put the words into the correct order (раздаточный материал для каждого)

Do you remember that we aren’t in Russia any longer and there are a lot of sighs here in the street? Can you explain what they mean? Start with the words: “You must or you mustn’t…” (показываю знаки: no smoking, keep right  и др.)

There are a lot of interesting things in the world and before going abroad you should know about traditions, prohibitions and rules of the country.

Your task is to match the phrases with the pictures. Look, there are 6 phrases and 7 pictures. So there is an extra picture.

For example:

1. You mustn’t feed birds (doves) in Venice.
2. You mustn’t wear yellow clothes in Brunei
3. You mustn’t kiss at the railway stations in France.
4. You mustn’t eat your partner’s burger in Oklahoma.  
5. You mustn’t roll up or cut Turkish money.
6. You mustn’t call your pig Napoleon in France.
