Организация и проведение викторин на уроках английского языка
учебно-методический материал по английскому языку (8 класс) по теме
Создание системы урочной и внеурочной работы даётнаиболее реальные возможности для повышения эффективности учебно-воспитательного процесса по иностранному языку.За годы работы в школе у меня сложилась традиция завершать изучение фундаментальных тем года обобщающим уроком или внеклассным мероприятием с использованием дополнительных материалов и литературы. Хотелось бы поделиться практическим опытом сочетания урочной и внеклассной работы по предмету.
Викторина как одно из основных средств при работе с материалом страноведческого и лингвострановедческого содержания может применяться на разных этапах работы, может служить формой контроля знаний учащихся, повторения изученного материала и углубления знаний детей по теме. Алгоритм работы с викторинами: I этап-осуществление фронтального контроля посредством использования символов и выполнения заданий викторин;II этап-предъявление ключа, сообщение критериев оценивания работы и проверка работ учащихся;III этап - высказывание двух-трёх учащихся в форме микромонолога с использованием содержания викторины.IV этап-подведение итогов, награждение
Разнообразные формы страноведческих викторин викторины, основанные на принципе выборе ответа из ряда предложенных вариантоввикторины-вопросники (без предполагаемых вариантов ответов)
Использование викторин способствует: обучению в сотрудничестве учителя с учащимися, улучшается атмосфера на уроке, повышается уровень сформированности навыков основных видов речевой деятельности по изучению английскому языкую. Приведу примеры внекласных мероприятий в форме соревнования двух команд по вопросам викторины . Изучение Великобритании и США, как правило, заканчиваю проведением викторины «Что ты знаешь о Великобритании (США)?», вопросы которой выходят из текстов учебника и требуют дополнительной подготовки.Расширить знание зарубежной литературы помогает так же сочетание урочных и внеурочных форм работы.Так, после изучения темы «Соединённые штаты Америки» провожу обобщающий урок-аукцион знаний по теме «США»
