    Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку в 6 классе.

    Тема: « Everything Under the Sun ».

    Название: « Intellectual Marathon ».

    Форма проведения: игра-соревнование.

Цели игры:

     1. Развивать неподготовленную речь учащихся.

2. Развивать креативные  способности учащихся.
3. Воспитывать интерес к изучению предмета.
4. Обобщить страноведческие знания учащихся, полученные на уроках английского языка.

Образовательные задачи:

     1. В ходе творческой, самостоятельной, индивидуальной и групповой          работы с дидактическими материалами закрепить знания учащихся по изученным темам («Животные», «Числительные», «Магазин», «СК Великобритании и Северной Ирландии» и др.) и расширить общий кругозор.

Развивающие задачи:

1. Развивать умение работать в коллективе и принимать совместное решение;
2. Развивать положительные личностные качества (ответственность, доброжелательность, чувство взаимопомощи).
3. Развивать и тренировать внимание, память, мышление.

Воспитательные задачи:

1. Воспитывать уважение к культуре своей страны и стран изучаемого языка.

Оформление кабинета:

     На доске название игры «Интеллектуальный марафон», флаги  англоязычных стран, карта СК Великобритании и Северной Ирландии, правила игры, квадрат с цифрами, перечень конкурсов.

Ход занятия.

Саша - Quiz-master: Good afternoon, children and our guests! I’m very glad to see you here. Now we shall organize a competition called “ Intellectual Marathon”. Two teams will take part in a game of the most quick-witted and the cleverest. It’s time to introduce yourselves. Who is the captain of the 1st team?

P1: I’m the captain of the team. The name of our team is “Clever”. Our motto is “/////////////////!”

Quiz-master: Who is the captain of the 2nd team?

P2: I’m the captain of the team. The name of our team is “Optimists”. Our motto is “Learn English!”.

You must put the letters in the right order, so as to get the name of the English-speaking country. You have 1 minute at your disposal. Each team can get 5 points.

Лиза - Quiz-master: And now we come to the 2nd contest which is called “A magic 5”. Look at the square, each team will take turns in answering questions. You’ll choose any number. “ …”, it’s your turn to start.  Captains will have an opportunity to choose the number.

«Знаешь ли ты английский язык?»

“Do you know English well?”

Цель: повысить интерес учащихся к изучению иностранного языка  и  стране изучаемого языка.

Задачи:
1.Образовательные:
Расширение лексического запаса учащихся;
Расширение лингвистического кругозора и эрудиции учащихся;

Ознакомление с идиомами сравнения в английском языке.
2.Практические:
Активизация и закрепление лексики по темам School, Professions;
Выявление уровня знаний, умений и навыков по пройденным темам;
Повторение грамматического материала по темaм Present Simple, Present Continuous;
3.Развивающие:
Развитие языковой догадки, внимания и логического мышления;
4.Воспитательные:
Воспитание умения работать в команде;
Воспитание чувства взаимопомощи;
Воспитание уважительного отношения к соперникам;
Воспитание культуры общения.

I.Организационный момент.
- Good afternoon, children! Today we have a game lesson “Do you know English well?” Let’s see who the best in English is.

Do you like English?

Do you know many English words?

Let me introduce our teams, the team “Bears” and the team “Rabbits”. The captain of the team “Bears” is Anya. The captain of the team “Rabbits” is Olya. Masha and Misha are judges.

Contest 1. “Introduction”

Dear captains, introduce yourself and the members of your teams.

 Dear captains, this contest is for you. You know a lot of words, you can read and write. And what about grammar? Correct the mistakes. (Капитанам команд даются карточки, в которых они исправляют ошибки. В это время проводится следующий конкурс.)

Contest 6. “Professions”.

While the captains are doing their tasks match the professions of people and the places where they work.

Contest 7 “Who is the best interpreter?”

You had the homework to prepare the text for the contest “Interpreters”. Now let’s listen to you and the other team will try to translate it. Who is the best interpreter?

Text 1

 This is a brown bear. It is an English bear. Its name is Winnie-the Pooh. It is little and fat. The bear likes honey and jam. This bear is very good and funny.

Text 2

This is a girl. Her name is Little Red Riding Hood. She has got a mother and a grandmother. Now her Granny is ill. The girl has got flowers and a yellow bag in her hands. She is a nice girl.

Contest 8. “English Idioms”

I think this contest is the most difficult. You should form English idioms of comparison. You should complete each of them with a suitable word or words. Choose from the following: chalk from cheese, a bee, a goose, a bat, coal, gold, two peas, a king, a feather, a church mouse.

I’m sure you will do it.

Contest 9. “Actors”

The last contest is “Actors.” Take these cards where you can read the beginning of jokes, find the second parts of them and act.

      Содержание и форма проведения мероприятия полностью соответствуют запланированным целям и поставленным задачам:

А) Мероприятие имеет большую познавательную ценность;

Б) Мероприятие ставит перед собой цель – воспитание интереса к английскому языку и стране изучаемого языка, т.е. повышение мотивации учащихся к предмету;

В) Мероприятие имело следующую воспитательную ценность:

способствовало формированию разносторонне и гармонически развитой личности школьника, воспитывало в учащихся качества сотрудничества и взаимодействия, дух соревнования и желание стать первым.

Г) Форма проведения мероприятия (игра-соревнование) была выбрана с учетом возрастных (для учащихся 5 класса более приемлема свободная форма проведения мероприятия по иностранному языку) и индивидуально-психологических особенностей учеников (в классе всегда существовала атмосфера соревнования и конкуренции).

Д) Прослеживались межпредметные связи (английский язык, страноведение).

Материал внеклассного мероприятия полностью основан на учебном материале, изучаемом на уроках английского языка по данной теме.

В организации мероприятия прослеживался творческий элемент в деятельности учителя и учащихся: учитель старался создать непринуждённую атмосферу общения на иностранном языке, ученики же активно проявляли творческое мышление при выполнении упражнений-конкурсов.

Степень подготовленности мероприятия:

Мероприятие полностью проводилось на английском языке: выступление учителя и учащихся.

В ходе мероприятия использовались ТСО и музыкальное оформление.

В качестве наглядности использовались интерактивная доска, задания на карточках.

Отношение учащихся к мероприятию:

Во время мероприятия учащиеся проявили энтузиазм и высокую активность.

Показали дисциплинированность и личную заинтересованность.

На внеклассном мероприятии царила деловая и в то же время дружеская атмосфера взаимопонимания и заинтересованности. Психологический климат был благоприятным и способствующим плодотворному сотрудничеству учителя и учащихся для достижения поставленных целей.

Учащиеся оценивают мероприятие как интересное и познавательное. Одно из самых приятных частей мероприятия было объявление победителя и награждение команд (в качестве призов использовались дипломы и грамоты, а также оценки «хорошо» и «отлично»).

В целом мероприятие отличалось высоким уровнем организации и благоприятным психологическим климатом.

Общая характеристика проведённого мероприятия:

Мероприятие можно считать закреплением пройденного материала по теме «School, Professions», что подтверждает его познавательную, дидактическую, развивающую и воспитательную ценность. Данная форма проведения мероприятия выбрана удачно и является достаточно эффективной для данной ступени обучения и соответствует возрастным особенностям и интересам учащихся. Недочётом можно считать то, что зрители не участвовали в конкурсах, нужно было продумать конкурс для зрителей.

Подобранный материал к мероприятию соответствовал уровню развития детей.
Также оно способствовало повышенному интересу к уроку, познавательной активности в изучении английского языка, к импровизации и воображению. Проведенное мероприятие наглядно представило соответствие результатов поставленным целям, оно

помогло отработать и  активизировать изученную лексику.
Внеклассное мероприятие проходило в виде соревнования между двумя командами, что способствовало развитию способности работать в группах,
По окончанию мероприятия были подведены итоги и выставлены оценки, всем учащимся и вручены дипломы и грамоты. На уроке были использованы приёмы и методы коллективной, групповой работы с учащимися. Сочетание этих методов и приёмов, позволили осуществить скрытый контроль развития речевых умений и увидеть усвоение учащимися ранее пройденного материала.
Я считаю, что данное внеклассное мероприятие прошло успешно, так как никаких негативных моментов в мероприятии не прослеживалось. Учащиеся с охотой и интересом вступали в диалог друг с другом, активно работали в группах, можно было наблюдать коммуникативное раскрепощение детей в теплой, доброжелательной обстановке. Никаких изменений в ходе мероприятия не было. Во время проведения мероприятия в классе царила атмосфера дружбы и взаимовыручки.
Поставленные цели и задачи мероприятия были реализованы.

Дети получили эмоциональное и эстетическое удовлетворение.

Внеклассное мероприятие на неделе английского языка

«Веселое путешествие в страну английского языка».

Данное мероприятие – командный конкурс. От каждого 7 и 8 класса представлена команда, состоящая из пяти человек. Каждая команда сидит за своим столом.

На доске при помощи магнитов размещаются листы с названиями конкурсов, с обратной стороны листов указано количество баллов, присуждаемых за этот конкурс. Команды по очереди выбирают конкурсы, если конкурс – устный, то и отвечает та команда, которая выбрала этот конкурс, а остальные команды отвечают по очереди.

Жюри подводит итог после каждого конкурса и записывает результаты на доске.

Жеребьевка команд, т.е. их очередность при выборе конкурсов, проводится в устной беседе на английском языке. Ведущий задает вопросы на какую-либо тему (например, наш конкурс проводился в предверии дня Св. Валентина, и ведущий задавал вопросы об истории этого праздника, традициях, связанных с ним), та команда, которая больше и лучше отвечает, получает право первой выбирать конкурсы.

Названия конкурсов и максимум баллов, которые можно заработать в этом конкурсе:

Дети из каждой команды вытягивают один билетик со скороговорками сначала из первого набора, затем из второго, выбирают, кто из команды читает первую, а кто вторую скороговорку. Дается 1 минута на подготовку, и дети читают. Жюри оценивает правильность произношения всех слов и скорость чтения. Максимум – 5 баллов за чтение каждой скороговорки, итого команда может получить от 2 до 10 баллов за этот конкурс.

• The World of Animals.  Конкурс диалогов о животных.

Каждая команда готовит и разыгрывает диалог, в котором бы говорилось о животных. Время на подготовку – 5 минут. Первой выступает та команда, которая выбрала этот конкурс, далее остальные по очереди. Жюри оценивает команды по 5-балльной системе.

• Spaceflight.  Аудирование + лексический конкурс.

В этом конкурсе участники команд делятся: 2 человека выполняют задание по аудированию, остальные составляют и записывают слова, которые можно составить из букв слова spaceflight.

Команды получают по 1 баллу за каждое правильное слово, составленное из букв, за то время, пока другие слушают текст.

В аудировании задание – услышать и подставить пропущенное слово. Текст взят из учебника “New Millennium English – 5” авторов Н.Н.Деревянко, С.В.Жаворонкова и др. (Unit 12 Lesson 6 Ex.1). Текст включается в аудиозаписи. Здесь предлагается полный вариант текста, подчеркнутые слова пропущены в бланках, которые выдаются учащимся. За каждое правильно вставленное слово – 1 балл.

Дети вытягивают  по одной карточке из трех наборов карточек, на которых записано начало предложения. Они должны через 2-3 минуты сказать свое продолжение. Жюри оценивает грамматическую и лексическую правильность предложенных мыслей, их объем, т.е. желательно, чтобы  человек сказал не одну краткую фразу, а раскрыл свою мысль, пояснил ее в 4-5 предложениях. От команды выступают три человека, каждый может получить максимум 5 баллов, итого за конкурс от 3 до 15 баллов.
