"Health is a wise fee."

These words belong to the pen of the romantic poet of the early 19th century Pierre Berange. But still, despite the time length, remain relevant. Awareness of the value of health comes over the years, and that's when it sounds from the mouth of a man who generously spent his health on bad habits, words-insights: "Yes, and health can not buy." And the sooner a person comes to this truth, the more his "gonorrhoea" of health to old age.

It's the 21st century. The age of the Internet and television. Modern man, being in a constant cycle of events, prefers to relax at the screens of the computer or TV. But is this a vacation? In my opinion, it is a waste of time, a harm to health. And life should be valued, every minute. "Why do I live? For what purpose was born?" - these questions do not touch the modern young man. The lack of goals in life and the desire for something breed laziness. And from idleness a person can start to drink, smoke, use drugs. Everyone should keep a person in himself, because bad habits are acquired in the collective.

In today's world, sports can be an alternative to bad habits.

First of all, sport is life. And health and happiness is what every person needs. Sport strengthens the body, helps to get rid of bad habits, promotes the development of not only physical, but also moral qualities.

All people who play sports, feel much better, they get less sick, they have stronger immunity. Exercise improves the appearance of muscles, muscles become tightened. Who has problems with excess weight, he gradually gets rid of excess fat. Also, a person becomes stronger, and can stand up for himself. Physically trained people are better at resisting diseases, they are easier to fall asleep in time, sleep is stronger, they need less time to sleep. Even a simple charge in the morning to your favorite music energizes for the whole day.

  • However, many have bad habits, which is practically a problem.
  •  Bad habits have a number of features:

The use of alcohol, drugs and smoking are harmful both to the health of the person most exposed to it, and to the health of the people around him.

Bad habits in the end necessarily subjugate all other actions of the person, all his activities.

The hallmark of bad habits is addiction, the inability to live without them. Getting rid of bad habits is extremely difficult.

 Some of us have no idea that these bad habits contribute to the emergence of many incurable diseases.

Smoking, alcohol are part of everyday life.

They cause especially serious harm to the young, emerging organism.
Smoking

tobacco originated in ancient times. Landing on the shores of America, Columbus and his companions saw the natives, who kept in the mouth bundles of steaming grass. In France tobacco came from Spain, it was brought by Ambassador Jean Nico as a gift to the queen Catherine de Medici. The word "nicotine" came from the surname "Nico."

Punishment

In China, a student seen smoking is facing a grueling punishment - training on a stationary bike;

At the end of the 16th century, people in England were executed for smoking, and the heads of executed men with a tube in their mouths were displayed in the square;

 In Turkey, smokers were put on a stake;

In the reign of Mikhail Romanov for smoking relied on the death penalty. All those who have found tobacco, "need to torture and beat the goat with a whip until he admits where he got from..."

There are no such punishments in our humane society.

Alcoholism

Alcoholism, a chronic disease caused by the systematic consumption of alcoholic beverages. It is manifested by physical and mental dependence on alcohol, mental and social degradation, pathology of internal organs, metabolism, central and peripheral nervous system. Often there are alcoholic psychosis.

Addiction

Official statistics on drug addiction are very alarming. Over the past 6 years, the prevalence of drug abuse among adolescents has increased tenfold.

The term "addiction" is related to the concept of "drug" (greek narkotikos - lulling).

The group of drugs in the narrow sense of the word are so-called opiates - substances that are extracted from poppy: morphine, codeine, heroin, methadone.

Speaking of drug addiction, we mean substances that form mental dependence on their consumption. Thus, the term "drug" (drug) is now used in relation to poisons or substances that can cause euphoric, sleeping pills, painkillers or excitatory effects. According to the international definition, drug addiction is a mental disorder, consists of a strong desire to take a certain substance (or substance from a certain group) to the detriment of other activities and persistent continued use substance despite the harmful effects. The term addiction is synonymous with addiction.

Conclusion:

1. Even breathing tobacco smoke is dangerous for your health.

2. Alcohol is dangerous for your health.

 3. Drugs are a death for humanity.

Is there a way out if we suddenly fall into one of these pits that lead us to the ashes of our endeavors?

There is a way out, and this way out is sport. A great power is sport! It brings health, happiness, a sense of optimism. Sport fills us with vitality, gives joy and pleasure. He trains perseverance, endurance, patience, the desire to be the first. Sport helps us to cope with difficulties and gain self-confidence. It follows from the above that a healthy lifestyle is most important in preserving and improving the health of every person. So we will take the time to strengthen and improve our health and will always follow this!

This year our school team took part in many sports competitions: tourist meeting, "Sarnitsa", Inter-School Health Day, lapplay, athletics competitions, presidential competition, fun starts, football, volleyball, table tennis, chess, checkers, presidential sports games. Everywhere we took prizes and returned home with cups, diplomas and medals, as well as prizes for school.

Sport is, first of all, communication, joy of victory, health benefits and adrenaline, just what is needed for every teenager.

It is much more interesting than a pointless walk through the streets with a can of beer and a cigarette in search of adventure. I really want our generation to be HEALTH, a value without which life does not bring satisfaction and happiness. Health is the first and most important need of a person, determining his ability to work and ensuring the harmonious development of the individual.

Protecting one's own health is the immediate responsibility of everyone, he has no right to pass it on to others. After all, it often happens that a person has the wrong way of life, bad habits, hypodynamia, overeating already by 20-30 years brings himself to a catastrophic state and only then remembers about medicine. No matter how perfect medicine is, it cannot rid everyone of all diseases. Man is the creator of his health, for which one must fight. From an early age it is necessary to lead an active lifestyle, harden, engage in physical education and sports, to observe the rules of personal hygiene - in short, to achieve reasonable ways of true harmony of health.

I have a dream that each of our school took place as a person in life, was active, healthy and useful people, and therefore - in demand. And we must strive for that.
