Конспект урока английского языка

Тема: Going Shopping (Module 9. Lesson 9a.).

Цели:

• обучающие:

— освоить во всех видах речевой деятельности знакомые и новые лексические единицы по темам «Магазины, покупки» и «Досуг»;

— повторить и использовать в связной речи неопределенный и определенный артикли;

— повторить и обобщить глагол to be в прошедшем времени;

— научиться составлять монологическое высказывание и писать краткий текст о самых известных магазинах;

• развивающие:

— развивать навыки и умения во всех видах речевой деятельности;

— развивать умение осваивать новые грамматические конструкции в контексте;

— развивать воображение при моделировании ситуаций общения;

— развивать социокультурную компетенцию;

• воспитательные:

— воспитывать интерес к культуре своей страны и стран изучаемого языка, развивая умение сопоставлять разные элементы культуры.

Ход урока.

I Организационный момент

Good morning, boys and girls! I’m glad to see you again! Let’s start our English lesson!

1. Речевая разминка

- How are you? What is the weather like today? What day of the week is today? How many lessons do you have? What are they? What date is it today? Who is absent?  

    2) Фонетическая разминка

- Let’s practise our tongue twisters and improve our pronunciation.

A good cook could cook as much cookies as a good cook who could cook cookies.

The big black bug bit the big black bear,

But the big black bear bit the big black bug back!

She saw a fish on the seashore and I'm sure The fish she saw on the seashore was a saw-fish.

II Сообщение темы урока.

- Today we are going to have an interesting lesson because we are going to speak about Shopping. Do you like going shopping? Of course you do. Everybody likes it.

- When do you usually go shopping? Do your friends/parents go with you? So, open your copy- books and put down the theme of our lesson: “Going shopping”.

III Введение и отработка новых лексических единиц и речевых оборотов.

1. Let’s remember all types of the shops. Look at the screen. Let’s read and practise the pronunciation.  

• Open your books at page 106. Here you can see the picture of the shopping centre or the mall. And there are a lot of different shops there. Answer my questions, please.
• How many floors are there? What shops can you see on the first/second floor? What are their names? Let’s put down some important things.

2. - Now let’s have a look at what things we can buy at all these shops. Look at the screen again and read all these phrases. So, let’s play a game. I’ve got some cards with the types of the shops on them and you’ll choose one and try to explain what can we buy there. The rest students should guess what shop it is. (Приложение 1)

• Let’s make short dialogues. Look at the example – ex.1 (b) p. 106. Work in pairs.

3. Let’s read about the most famous shops in London. I’ll give you the cards with the information about these shops. Your task is to guess what type of the shop it is. (Приложение 1)
4. Now we are going to watch the video about famous shops in London. Your task is to write the names of the shops, which you will hear in the video.

IV Развитие навыков аудирования, чтения.

- Close your books, please. I’ll give you the dialogue. But there are ten gaps. Let’s listen to the tape. Try to hear what words are missed. (Приложение 2)

- Let’s check. Open your books – ex.2 p.106. Now you read the dialogue and do the exercise.

- Let’s write some new words and phrases.

• Translate some sentences into English orally:

Эта рубашка была на распрадаже.
