1. Организационный момент.

- Good morning dear children! I’m glad to see you!

- How are you?

- Who is absent today?

- We are fine! Thank you!

- All pupils are present today!

2. Фонетическая зарядка.

- Ребята, сегодня мы с вами поговорим о здоровье.

- Children, today we are going to speak about HEALTH. (1 слайд)

- Please, look at the screen. (2 слайд)

- What can you see in the screen?

- Name, please what foods are there in the screen?

- What do you like to eat and drink? And Why?

- What don’t you like to eat and drink? And Why?

- Which food good for our health?

- Which of them bad for our health?

- Good if we eat fast food we can have                         a headache, a stomachache and other diseases.

- We can see food.

3. Речевая разминка

- Now, you will agree or disagree with my statements. If you agree with me, repeat my statement. If you disagree with me, share your ideas.

4. Активизация навыков по теме «Спорт»

- Now, I want you to answer my questions.

- Can you say that sport is your hobby?

5. Физкультминутка.

(Видеоролик. Учащиеся повторяют движения за роликом).

- Stand up, please we have a rest. Look in the screen and do exercises. (3 слайд)

6. Анкетирование «Спортивной ли ты  форме?»

- Lets know about yourself. Do you keep fit? Answer the questions and read the advice.

You answer must be “YES” or “NO”.

(4 слайд) (Вопросы на экране и учащиеся выполняют данное задание голосовым сообщением).

4. Do you eat chocolate, sweets, chips and biscuits every day?

5. Do you sleep 8-10 hours at night?

6. Do you sometimes think about how fit you are?

- How many questions did your answer “YES” on?

- Now, please read about yourself: (5 слайд)

If you have 0-3 points. You must forget about sweets and chips. You need fruit and vegetables and lots more exercises.

If you have from 3 to 4 points. You must do more exercises. Be careful what you eat.

If you have from 5 to 6 points. You keep fit! Well done!

- I answer 5 or 3 “yes”.

7. Повторение пройденной лексики по теме ”Health Is About Wealth”.

- Now, please look in the screen and read this words and word combinations all together.              (6 слайд)

(Учащиеся читают слова все вместе)

8. Закрепление по теме ”Health Is About Wealth”.

- People may have different medical problems if they don’t go in sport or eat fast food. Look at the situation from ex.45 p.110   (8 слайд)   and  say what problems you might have.

• if  you eat fast food?

• if  you eat a lot of sweets and chocolate?
• if  you don’t eat fruit and vegetables?

• if  you  get wet (промокли) on a cold day?
• if  you neighbours make much noise?

• if  you play football / badminton?

• if you fall down?

- Very good! You mustn’t eat fast food because you can have many medical problems and we must go in for sport that to be healthy.

- If I eat fast food, I might have a stomachache.

- If I eat a lot of sweets and chocolate, I might have a toothache. 

- If  I don’t eat fruit and vegetables I might have a stomachache.

- If  I  get wet on a cold day, I might get a cold.

- If  I neighbours make much noise I might have a headache.

- If  you play football / badminton, I might get a backache.

- If you fall down, I might get a backache.

9. Рефлексия. Домашнее задание.

-Now, please tell me what must you do that to be healthy and keeping fit?

- What else must you do?

- Now please tell me:

- What was interesting at the lesson?

- What did you learn at the lesson?

- What would you like to know?

- Our lesson is over. You worked very good today so you’ll get good marks.
