 Тип  урока - повторительно- обобщающий по теме «Pets And Other Animals»

 Задачи урока:

1.Обобщить знания лексики по теме, порядковых и количественных  числительных, образование степей сравнения прилагательных, употребление модального глагола must.

2. Учить практически использовать общие коммуникативные умения и навыки.

3. Развивать интерес к предмету, фантазию и сообразительность учащихся,    повышать

мотивацию изучения английского языка, совершенствовать групповые и коллективные формы работы.

Форма урока: урок- соревнование  встреча в КВН

Оборудование: декорации для КВН, костюмы участников, интерактивная доска, компьютер,

проектор, магнитная доска, карточки с числами, магнитофон, призы (медали)

1этап – Организационный

 T. Good afternoon girls and boys!

     Nice to meet you.

     How are you?

     Today we’ll have a very interesting lesson .The topic of it is « Pets and other animals»

      We’ll show what we’ve learnt at our English lessons.

2 этап – Фонетическая зарядка

T.   Now let's do our phonetic exercises

      Listen and repeat after me .

      cat, Jack, black, hand, parrot, hamster    

       tall, doll, ball, all

      well, with, what, when, which, without

          Let’s recite the poems «What Do We Do With», «Only One Heart»

3 этап- Знакомство

T.      Dear girls and boys! Ladies and gentlemen!

         Welcome to the  Club of the Merry and the Quick Witted!

         This is team 1. Stand up, please. The captain is …..

          This is team 2. Stand up, please. The captain is …..

You may take your seats.

        We are beginning our first competition.

         Each of you must greet our guests and speak about yourself.

       P1  Hello! Nice to meet you! I’m Igor Novikov. My hobby is sport.

            I like to role-skate. I can do it well.

          ( все участники рассказывают о себе)

T. Thank you. You may take your seats.

The members of team number 2 should come here and tell us themselves.

T. Now the results of our first competition. Both the teams were very good.

 Team 1 gets 5 points. Tem number 2 also gets 5 points.

4.  The warming up (Разминка)

T. Let’s pass on the second competition. The members of the teams should stand one after another and name the parts of the  body.

P1. a head, a hand

P2 a nose, a mouth

 It will be the first stage of the competition

T. Well. Team 1 gets … points.

               Team 2 gets … points.  

5   T. Now is the next stage of this competition.

 Answer my questions, please.

T. What do we see with?                        P1 We see with our eyes.

    What do we eat  with?                        P2 We eat  with our mouth.

    What do talk   with?                            P3 We  talk with our tongue.

T. Team 1 gets … points.

     Team 2 gets … points.

6. T. We are coming to the competition of our captains.

Captains, come here. It’s your turn now.

The topic of our game is «Pets and other animals»

You must compare some animals.

 Look at the blackboard and make these sentences complete.

 Дети должны назвать  количественные  и порядковые  числительные.

 7. Музыкальная пауза.

T. Well done. You are merry indeed.

We’ll start our next competition. It’s called « Guess the animal»

The first team must guess the animal of another team. You may 6 questions.

Team 1 . Is it a wild or a domestic animal?

             Is it big or little?

       Where does it live?

       What does it eat?

             Has it got sharp teeth?

             Is it a cow?

  ( Затем команды меняются местами)

T.      Team1 gets … points.

    Team 2 gets … points.

9    Литературный конкурс.

  T.  Now we’ll start our final round. It’s the most difficult  competition.

        You must describe the picture.

 T.    I have 2 cards( green and red). Our captains should take any card.

Капитаны вытягивают карточки и читают задания на обратной стороне.

P1 Describe this doll.                         P2  Describe this hare.

T. You have 2 minutes to prepare your stories.

Члены  команд совместно составляют описание картинки. Слайд

 T. Who is ready?

Представители команд представляют свои рассказы.

P1 It’s a hare. It’s a grey.  In winter it’s white. It has a short tail, four legs and two long ears two long ears. Hares live in the forests and fields. They eat carrots and cabbage.

T. I’m happy to announce the results of the competition.
